Please note that while the resort has trained medical support staff on site to provide basic assistance and guidance, we do not have an in-house doctor. As such, the hotel does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, nor are we able to assess or determine the cause of any health condition experienced by guests. In accordance with local regulations, the resort’s role is therefore limited to recommending external medical facilities or pharmacies when guests request medical assistance.
