Dinner at Altitude 8. Had a good dinner meal with my family and was requested by the service team to take the survey. The team wasn’t fluent in English. Staff services and training is recommended and definitely has room for improvements. Services was just ok but the food was good. The team responsible was Dennis, Annie, Alice, and Mint

Nhu and Linh were absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience so enjoyable. They were both incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, and you could really see the care and effort they put into everything they did. The food was amazing — beautifully prepared, fresh, and full of flavour. Everything was well organised and thoughtfully presented, which made such a positive impression. Thank you, Nhu and Linh, for your hard work and for creating such a lovely experience. It truly did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated.

The hotel is amazing, the food is great and Alie in Lang Chai restaurant make the foodie experience even better. Looking forward to Christmas and New Year celebrations
