Great service at the Aura restaurant from Tho

We had a very good time at the Mövenpick. The staff at the Aura restaurant were really professional and nice, Tho particularly who was always very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. I give her 10 out of 10. The cleaning of the room could be better though. I didn’t like the fact that they will make the room up only in the afternoon. Other than that we had a very good stay and will certainly come back.

Gorgeous resort

We stayed at the Villas &Residences for 6 nights and absolutely loved the resort. Its very clean and well looked after. The sea view from the room is a dream come true. Great sunsets! The pool by the beach is amazing and the beach itself is too. The Aura beach club by the pool serves a big variety of food, although we must say we find it too expensive. Especially basics like a big water bottle should not be 210k, thats ridiculous (in the supermarket it's about 20k). The service is great here, we were served by Hun, who was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! All in all a great place for a relaxed holiday!

The Aura restaurant is very good. The food is amazing et so is the service, thanks to Han, so nice and lovely. The view on the sea and the pool is incredible. In the room as well, everything is good even the breakfast, a lot of variety I recommend it !!!

the whole hotel complex was just amazing! you just don‘t want to leave.. the food in the aura restaurant was more than delicious & we had great service from Hân. Best food & drinks. the coolest pool design with an amazing view to the sea, would definetly come back again anytime :)
