We chose Phu Quoc as our destination and Mövenpick as our place to stay during the three days we were here. Everything was great; however, we had to wait in line for breakfast because it was very crowded. Fortunately, you invited us to the 8th floor to have breakfast, which was much quicker and less crowded. The breakfast there was served with great enthusiasm by the staff. Thank you very much to the team, especially Rina, Ngoc,Anh, Ni,Dat and Bella.

It was a wonderful experience having breakfast buffet at Altitude 8. The staff were very cheerful and attentive. Thank you, Ngoc, Ni, Anh, and Rina, for your excellent service.

We had a lovely happy hour experience at the Mövenpick Lounge, thanks to the amazing staff. A special thank you to Annie, a true super lady, for her warmth and outstanding service. Bella, Denis, Ngoe, Anh, and Mint were all friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout. The great atmosphere and exceptional service made our visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back!
