Friendly staff but hotel in need of improvement

The hotel shows a lot of need for renovation, as many areas feel outdated and worn (e.g. broken tiles, chipped plaster on the walls). There are not enough sunbeds available, which made it really difficult to relax by the beach or pool. While we were there, signs were placed to explain that the reservation of sundbeds (a lot of people do so) is forbidden and staff may remove towles or personal items. The worst thing for me was the dirty beach. There was plastic and other rubbish everywhere, some of which you stepped on when you wanted to go into the sea. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.

very cozy and good serving, Ngoc, Rina, Alice and Sach and Dat! we had difficult communication problem with the local driver, Quynh from the lobby helped a lot with translation and she also did a good job with planning a day trip!

A little pricey but they have Amazing all you can eat brunch, clean pools right on the beach, clean and immaculate rooms. And amazing service!! Everyone was so kind.
