Beautiful escape at Novotel Phu Quoc! 🌴 Resort stunning views beach, excellent service and pool was amazing the Ocean View room were well maintained and very clean and modern gave me chill vibes 😎 Staff were super helpful all the time and Ms Trang from reception was amazing, friendly and went out of her way. Perfect place for families Can't wait to be back!!! Mahomed Family South Africa 🇿🇦

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phu Quoc Resort. The resort was very clean and well maintained throughout, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, all fresh and well presented. The location is excellent, with direct access to a beautiful private beach, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Most impressive was the staff — they were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special mention to Trang (Guest Relations), who went out of her way to make our stay memorable with her professionalism and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phu Quoc.

Amazing massage, by Xuong. She focused on all the important pain points and really was professional. I enjoyed it immensely. My daughter got a gentle massage by Lin Da and she was just as happy.

Xuong gave me a good massage. I hate everything about this hotel and I’m very unhappy right now but at least she gave me a good massage.
