Free shuttle is great. Book in advance. Commute is convenient too. Hao has been helpful and squeeze me in to the next bus.

Just a drink at the Herring bar

I came to the Herring bar, after walking on the beach. I was immediately greeted with a smile and felt so welcomed by Nhu . She was friendly and quickly took my order. Everything was smooth and I am happy to have found the Herring bar. Beautiful views of Khem beach. Thank you, Nhu

Did not live up to expectation

Was looking forward to a few nice relaxing few days South of the island as we first stayed up North and was busy doing tourist things there. We stayed in a big resort up there and it did not feel big and noisey as this hotel. The foyer is loud and not very attractive or appealing. The breakfast restaurant was very disjointed and yes there is a lot of food on offer but not the best quality besides the breads. Found the food cold and people serving the food not very friendly. So we lived off bread for the 4 days we were there , tried to get eggs cooked but they were undercooked and could not get the chef to understand to cook it more . The pools are big and extensive and while walking around the resort we saw the signs to say Adult Pool thinking oh yes we can enjoy the pool without kids splashing and been loud nice way to relax but this was not the case. I complained to guest relations and they said they would sort it out but nothing was done. Emailed a complaint in and was told that it was not an adult pool only but parents with children can use these pools . They sent me a photo of the pool regulations which clearly says no excessive noice , no booking of lounge chairs while absent. These rules are not followed up by life guards . Lots of empty pool lounges with towels draped on them but nobody there and they stayed empty until midday. So found it difficult to get lounges as these were taken by breakfast time but not used until lunch.

Friendly and helpful staffs . Clean and chill ambient. Feeling relaxed and recharge of all the things that we having here. Highly recommended if you plan to come Phu Quoc Sunset town area.
