This is my third time staying in here with my family, but this is the first time we've experienced something like this. Checking in takes so long as always but I didn't really mind because it had been like that for all our stays. We got a Grand Suite room, which is the same room type we got last December 2025, but when we got to our room — everything looks dated and sloppy. Not enough tea and coffee (our last one had enough for the 5 of us), both bathroom doors DO NOT SLIDE and DO NOT CLOSE entirely that you needed a lot of strength to close the door. Toilet's remote buttons do not work properly, you have to press it so hard multiple times just to get a bidet, heated seat do not work too. Towels and amenities are not complete considering we checked in online. Room was 1905. The most disappointing part about this is I am not done yet. I requested (and paid) for an additional bed immediately while we are checking in. Took about 40 minutes and multiple follow ups (more than 3 times) for it to arrive. We requested toiletries and amenities that took multiple follow ups to arrive too, and it still wasn't enough. We requested for additional 3 people and we got only 1, so they had to go back again and we had to wait AGAIN. Wifi wasn't working in the room we had to send IT in, apparently we needed to be near the door for anything to connect and work. In the end, I had to work in the lobby because my laptop cannot connect to the damn wifi in the room. In the morning, I got a letter on the front door reading that our room service exceeded my deposit and we had to settle immediately. I had to go downstairs and clarify with the reception if we can just settle it during checkout - I do not understand why you have to do that?? I've stayed in multiple luxurious hotels and none of them do that. Shang, Conrad, Nobu, name it. No one does that. They usually just tell you your balance when you check out. AND ALL OF THIS DID NOT HAPPEN ON OUR PREVIOUS STAYS. OUR PREVIOUS STAYS WERE SO PLEASURABLE THAT WE ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO STAYING AGAIN, BUT THIS TIME, WE WERE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional, which made the whole experience feel welcoming from arrival to check-out. Service across the hotel was one of the highlights. The team seemed well trained and responsive, and interactions with the staff felt genuine and accommodating. I also tried the spa during my stay. The massage was good and relaxing, and overall it was a pleasant experience. While there are always small details that could be refined, the overall stay was smooth and comfortable. I would happily stay here again and would recommend the hotel to others looking for a comfortable and well-serviced stay.
