部屋は狭目だが、スカイバス利用者にとって立地は最高でした。 シャワールームに仕切りが半分しかない為、気を付けないと洗面所の足元が広範囲で濡れます。 あと強いて言うならスーツケース置き場の上にハンガーラックがあったが、高さがない為、ズボンやコートの様な長い洋服は折り畳まないと掛けられなく、壁にハンガーが掛けられるようなフックが何個かでもあれば良かったが不便でした。
