We've stayed here several times. Bit disappointed this time. Dirty windows, small balcony outside covered in dead leaves,, only one spare pillow in the room, in room phone not working so had to use my mobile phone to contact the hotel request another. Was informed phone replacement not possible. A bit disappointing for $255 The hotel is very handy for Southern Cross station but others are too.

トラムに乗るのも便利だし、買い物にも便利でした。ただタオルの交換はなく、休日のベッドメイキングなどもないのはオーストラリアだからでしょうか？英語喋れなくても何とか対応はしてもらえて愛想はよかったです。
