We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our convenient location and that you were impressed by the spaciousness of your accommodation. It is always rewarding to know that our guests have enjoyed their stay. At the same time, we sincerely apologise for the cleanliness issue you encountered with the bathtub. Finding hair in the bathroom is not reflective of the high housekeeping standards we strive to maintain. Please accept our apologies for this oversight. Your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping team so that additional attention can be given to our inspection procedures to help prevent this from happening again.
