Dear shibug2025, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our standard check-out time is 10 AM, but we do offer a complimentary 1-hour extension upon request, and a 12 PM check-out is available for $20 if needed. Regarding the hair, body, and face wash provided in our bathrooms, it is designed to be suitable for all guests, but we truly appreciate your perspective and will pass your comments on for further review. For breakfast, our $15 continental buffet includes a variety of options, with the choice to upgrade to a full cooked plate for an additional $6, allowing guests to select what best suits their preferences. We will review how this is communicated to ensure clarity for future bookings. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by the elevator and any service shortcomings you experienced. Your comments regarding our facilities and staff will be taken on board and discussed further with management as we continuously work on improving our guest experience. On a positive note, we’re pleased that you enjoyed our convenient location, comfortable beds, and quiet rooms. We truly value your feedback and appreciate you staying with us.
