I stayed here with friends from 17 to 19 April for a birthday staycation, and the whole experience was amazing. The team surprised me with a birthday cheesecake, super cute towel animals (a rabbit and a bear!), and a handwritten birthday note in the room—it was such a lovely gesture and really made my day. Service was great the whole way through. Anytime we needed anything, it was brought up quickly and always with a friendly attitude. Housekeeping did a great job too—everything was clean, tidy, and really comfortable. Special shoutout to Haryani Harris, Lina from housekeeping, and Christina. They were all so kind and helpful—thank you for making our stay extra special!

I came to 1864 Lobby Lounge for the tea set with my friend. Ben provided excellent service to us and we had a very enjoyable time. The food was delicious and very well-presented. Overall, I strongly recommend the Lobby Lounge for anyone looking for a fantastic high tea experience.

This has become a yearly tradition for me — my birthday staycation at Sofitel Singapore City Centre — and each time, the experience continues to impress. As an Accor Plus member, I’m always touched by the thoughtful surprises the team prepares. It’s those little personal touches that make me feel so welcomed and valued. (Sharing a photo of this year’s surprise — such a sweet gesture!) I always book a room with Club Millésime Lounge access, and I’d like to give a special thank you to the amazing lounge team — Irene, Myra, Ben, Julius, Rachel and Marc. They’re genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive, and they go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The cocktails served in the lounge are my absolute favourite — beautifully made and a perfect way to unwind. Thank you again to the entire team for making my birthday so special. Already looking forward to next year’s stay!

1st time at 1864. Their service very meticulous. Shout out to John and Kris! Very Details in introducing each beautiful art piece. And they were very attentive. Surprising me with a mini cake and bday song. I feel so bad that I was too full to finish up the whole thing. Me n my gf enjoyed our time there. Ermmm... the only down side was ... we feel the sofa was a bit too low abit too uncomfortable and cos it's low then John and kris have to knee down to talk to us. I feel abit bad for them.
