The food is good. I had wagyu beef was well done!. We have attentive severs, Gabriel warm and wonderful. Vincent too. Thanks for a wonderful experience. I rec'd a much unexpected birthday cake. I will come again with my family again soon. I hope to try the black cod as recommended by chef.

Service was really excellent at the 1864 Lobby Bar!! Special shout out to Wenz, Jules, Kris and Adrian for taking such good care of me. Loving the ambience, drinks are great! Will definitely come back again, can't wait to try more new exciting things!

First time to the lounge and was impressed by the chill vibe and great hospitality. Did not expect a birthday cake and the birthday song. Thank you for the great service especially to Ben, John and Wenz for making the night memorable. Will go back soon for another drink.

Nice Hotel, Nice pool, High quality rooms and overall high standard. Housekeeping couldn’t be better. Club millesime moved to level 5. Not impressed by the small lounge with very little to offer. Breakfast in the main restaurant very good, but the run out of A LOT before breakfast time is over. Like orange juice, apple juice, bread and so on. You should be able to get food and drink even if you are “late”. Hotel very busy so service very slow in lobby and reception. Otherwise a perfect stay!!
