Had an awesome buffet experience as a family. Rey and the other team members made our first buffet experience as a family very pleasurable and enjoyable. The kids enjoy the experience and being so welcoming and friendly. The idea of dining with teddy bears was really lovely for two toddlers. Would definitely look forward coming back. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Great value of food with exceptional great service from staff like Rey, accommodating to the kids request and going the extra mile. All their staff were really friendly and they brought smiles to the kids. Lunch buffet with their teddy bears.

Our one night experience, before our flight back to Australia, staying at Sofitel Singapore City Centre was absolutely magical - end to end - made extra special by a particular team member in Club Millésime, Hadi. Booking was easy and straightforward as a Accor Plus Diamond member through the Accor app. I love it when the reservations team send personalised pre-check in emails. It happens through a lot of Accor hotels - but when you receive nothing the silence is deafening, and here I was not disappointed. The email asked for any special requests and included a welcome letter of notable items about and around the hotel. I put it that I prefer sparkling wine bottle if provided in room on arrival and I was delighted to hear that would make a special arrangement. We caught a short transfer from Sofitel Singapore Sentosa and arrived at the hotel ground lift lobby where we were met by a porter who kindly stored our luggage whilst we went upstairs to check in. At checkin we were greeted and recognised for our status. We arrived at about 2pm and check in is at 3pm, we were informed they had an upgraded room which is not available yet, or they could arrange a room immediately that is a lower room type, while also offering to use the hotel facilities, we opted to wait. We went and enjoyed morning tea at Club Millésime and a post tea swim on the dramatic infinity edge pool soaking in the sights of the city and sun lounging poolside. Gorgeous. As we were nearing check in time we were deciding when we would leave the pool area and collect our keys, when to our delight the team member who helped check us in had arrived poolside to offer us our keys. This was truely wonderful service. Heading to our room after drying off, we were taken aback by the suite which was incredibly generous in size - seperate powder room, lounge, study with huge desk and office amenities, kitchenette (with an extra large Nespresso), walk in wardrobe leading to a the large king room, over to the double vanity, huge bath, shower room, a second W/C, and deluxe water purifier machine (for extra green credentials). It’s styled beautifully, with mirrors, art and fine customer furniture and built ins - and as always the wonderful Sofitel dream cloud like beds. We were very impressed with this upgrade! We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner, but did enjoy the complimentary buffet style breakfast before check out, with all the usual suspects, and a few delightful surprises. As we only had on night we wanted to go out and explore China Town which is walking distance from the hotel. We did however, thoroughly enjoy Apéro Chic before our outing, with actual Champagne service, unlike some other Club lounges. This is where we met the incredible Hadi. His true attention to detail, impeccable service, genuinely friendly, honestly helpful and wonderful personality, is a true credit to the Sofitel brand. Hadi personifies the feeling I have when I think Sofitel, and choose to stay there over other brands and options; a magical feeling of home, when we’re a world away. We can’t thank Hadi enough, he will be a standout deciding factor for where we choose to stay next time we’re in town. One piece of constructive feedback - please transfer Club Millésime back to the pool deck/somewhere with a view and club energy, although the club team still make the haphazard location special, it does feel temporary, out of place and below club standard, that needs a rethink. Thank you Sofitel Singapore City Centre, we hope to see you again soon.

Had family dinner at Raccine on 6 Sept 2024 to celebrste my helper's birthday. Food was delicious and the service provided by Mr Rey was excellent! Nice ambience and we had a lovely nite. Will definitely visit again with my friends in near future.

Team at the Millesime Club made our stay extremely special.

From the moment we walked into the Hotel right through until the time we checked out, we were treated with fabulous service. I cannot speak highly enough of Irene and the team in the Millesime club who really made our stay extra special. Their level of service was exceptional and it was because of them that made our stay a very memorable one. We loved our room, it was very spacious and more than comfortable and when it got too hot for sightseeing during the day, it was very relaxing to sit by the infinity pool taking a dip every now and then to cool off. It was also extremely easy to get around to sightsee, using the MRT, because a station is situated right below the hotel with easy access for guests and very easy to use. Thank you Sofitel Singapore City Centre for a very relaxing, fun and special break that we will remember for sometime. We will have no qualms about returning to this special place the next time we visit the “Lion City”.
