Dear Guest, We understand that my colleague had kindly arranged for a room change twice as per your request. As one of the most densely populated cities in the world, land is scarce here and hence, most budget accommodation properties do not offer large rooms. Additionally, the condensation which you had mentioned was because you had opened the window while the aircon is turned on at the same time. Our housekeeping team will perform basic room cleaning as part of daily room make-up service in line with usual hotel standards. Our breakfast offers good value considering the affordable price, and we would like to highlight that the cooked food are kept warm on electric tray and replenished regularly. Dear Jr-Cheng, Thank you for your feedback. Similar to other new hotels, our room is renovated with a modern, open concept without closets as most travellers now do not require them. Refrigerators are available at our higher-tier rooms with just a small top up fee to enjoy the room upgrade. Your feedback for a safe box has been floated up to the management for their consideration. The size of our bed is thoughtfully selected so as not to take up unneccesary room space and yet without compromising on comfort for our guests. Our breakfast are kept warm using electric tray and replenished regularly. Nonetheless, we will share your feedback with our partnering restaurant. Dear Philippe, We are surprised as our Front Desk had not received any complaint directly from you on your first night stay with us. Many of our guests have found our hotel to be great value-for-money with our strategic location, clean and comfortable rooms and the warm service from our accommodating staff. Our rooms do not have any humidity issues unless you had turned on the aircon at extremely high or extremely low temperature which will cause condensation. We understand that my customer service team had already responded to your email request and explained that you had booked a discounted offer which comes with a non-refundable policy. As one of the most densely populated cities in the world, land is scarce here and hence, most budget accommodation properties do not offer large rooms. Nevertheless, our rooms are very clean and well-equipped as you have pointed out. Our breakfast menu may not be of an international cuisine, but many guests had the opportunity to sample our local and Asian buffet-style food, which offers great value, considering its price.
