It is a regret to hear that the noise issues affected your rest and that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. English is Singapore’s working language and the primary language used in our hotel operations. While our team is happy to assist guests in other languages where possible, English remains our standard operational language. 酒店很干净，虽然小了一点但是设施完备，晚上也很安全，附近步行就能去食阁，地铁和公交站。前台的工作人员也非常热情，经常打招呼，很棒的一次入住体验，特别特别好！

出门离车站也不远，地理位置还可以的，，房间很小，没有洗漱用具，但是这个价位在新加坡算是性价比高了，前台工作人员态度也还不错

一、事实经过 本人于2026年7月17日通过携程平台预订新加坡宜必思花柏山酒店三晚住宿。基于对国际连锁品牌标准化服务、卫生、住宿安静、安全保障的信任，选择该酒店入住，但本次住宿体验极差，全程存在服务失职、管理混乱、恶意敷衍、歧视服务等多重严重问题，严重不符合连锁酒店基本标准，严重违反住宿服务合同约定。具体事实如下： 1、7月17日入住顶楼402房间，凌晨3点左右，卫生间天花板持续传出异响（鸟叫声和鸟类扑腾翅膀噪音），整夜无法正常入睡，严重影响休息。次日7月18日早8:30，我们向前台报备故障问题，明确要求换房。 2、7月18日晚23点左右我们回到酒店，被调换至201房间，但该房间存在更严重问题：衣柜上方的电表箱发出巨大轰鸣声，完全无法入睡。 24点左右，我们实在无法忍受巨大轰鸣声，遂致电前台求助，前台仅敷衍答复“只能提供耳塞，次日维修”。我被迫接受方案后，等待十余分钟耳塞迟迟未送达，前台电话无人接听。我只好下楼找服务员，发现前台空无一人，我在前台等候20多分钟。凌晨1点，当班员工手提一个满满购物袋返回，明显属于工作时间擅自脱岗外出购物，置住客紧急求助于不顾。当她见到等候多时的我，只冷冷地问了一句：“你有事吗？”毫无歉意。 3、7月19日上午，我发现酒店工作无交接，只能再次向前台报备201房间设备严重噪音故障，当班工作人员承诺安排维修。但当晚23点返回酒店后，无人维修、无人跟进、无换房安排，夜班员工信息断层，全部不了解情况。23点左右，在我强烈维权要求下，夜班工作人员上楼确认电表箱巨大噪音故障，竟公然狡辩“该噪音属于酒店正常现象”，态度蛮横无赖。在我强烈抗议后，服务人员将我强行调回有鸟类异响的402故障房，我拒绝入住。 以上事实体现出酒店极度混乱的管理制度、零服务衔接、零客诉跟进机制。 4、全程服务存在明显对华客人事服务歧视：全体华人服务员面对持中国护照的我，全程刻意只使用英文沟通、刻意拒绝汉语服务，直至19日晚发生激烈争执，服务员才用熟练的汉语沟通，属于刻意语言区别对待，恶意服务，歧视中国游客，严重违背新加坡服务业通用服务准则与基本职业素养。

坐两站车就去怡丰城，五分钟左右小火车就到环球影城。交通去圣淘沙太方便了。岛上酒店都贵，这里价格还好。
