房间太小，阳台使用率几乎为零，没有护栏，空气不好，也不能抽烟，灰尘很大。重点是附近工地实在是太吵了，体验感很差。枕头很软。没有很合适的选择，刚好楼上和楼下也在装修吵到崩溃，最后，酒店大堂的香味不适合中国人，太甜太浓

Bonjour Xiaoen, That stay clearly didn’t hit the mark, and that’s not the vibe we’re going for at Mama. We hear you loud and clear from the room size and balcony setup to the air quality and dust, that’s not the kind of comfort anyone checks in for. The noise situation sounds especially rough construction + neighbours renovating is a triple hit, and we get how frustrating that must’ve been when all you wanted was a good rest. On the pillows, noted. Comfort is personal, and we should’ve offered alternatives to suit you better. Same goes for the lobby scent. Mama likes to have a signature fragrance, but it should never feel overwhelming or unpleasant. While some of the external noise construction nearby is unfortunately out of our control, we should have done a much better job managing what is within our walls, cleanliness, air quality, and overall guest comfort. This experience missed the mark, and we’re genuinely sorry for that. If you’re open to it, we’d love to welcome you back and show you a much better side of Mama, quieter, cleaner, and way more comfortable. Until then, thank you for keeping it real with us.
