地理位置偏，酒店搞错入住时间，办理入住等了很久，到现在都没有退我押金。设施非常旧，相比价格贵了

基础设施由于建设时间较长，相对价格而言，已经落后于很多特色酒店。 服务中规中矩，在五星级酒店中只能说是满足基本要求，谈不上出色。 早餐和客房服务明显比香格里拉和w酒店要差，也不如旁边的来福士。
