Located a short walk from the CBD in West Perth. Not a lot of cafes, bars or restaurants near so be prepared to walk or get a cab to better nightlife. There is on-site parking available for $19 a day. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's no views to speak of - this is a place to stay to enjoy Perth and not really for enjoying a fine hotel.

We felt very welcomed on arrival and found that the room was very quiet (on a Main Street) with a comfortable bed. 8 minutes to the city with cafes and restaurants close by. The staff have been exceptional! The wildflowers in the lobby are a lovely touch to showcase the area.

Stayed overnight in room 201 while in Perth for a show. Very spacious apartment with comfortable king bed, big bathroom, full kitchen, dining and sitting area. Private balcony with city view. Short walk to Watertown and RAC Arena. Had a couple of issues with the room which were sorted out in a prompt and professional manner - well done Sebel West Perth.

Recently travelled to Perth on business for 2 weeks and decided to stay in a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. The room was very clean and serviced regularly. The apartment had everything needed including a reasonably good gym on the 4th floor. Staff experience was great, I had regular interactions with Jess on reception who was helpful and provided good recommendations in Perth. Nothing seemed to be a problem and she was always able to assist, reception is staffed late which can be helpful for food ordering and access. Would recommend for business and social travellers.
