The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for a good location. Close to everything you need walking distance to the beach, shopping center, restaurant and local shops if you’re interested in souvenirs. But the main thing I like about this hotel is the staff. Anita and Nita are both great people who every guest will love. Their hospitality, kindness, courteousness brings us comfort and peace and joy in this hotel. Additionally, they speak English very well. So, no worries at all if you have any concerns. Highly recommended 👍

Отличный отель в центре Куты на первой линии. До пляжа - только перейти дорогу. Очень дружелюбный, готовый прийти на помощь в любую минуту, персонал. Большой уютный и комфортный номер, огромная удобная кровать. Подушки - отдельная любовь! Вкусные разнообразные завтраки, красивый бассейн. Мы останавливались на две ночи в самом начале путешествия по Бали, очень рекомендуем! Сама Кута не оставила восторженных эмоций, но это уже не вопрос к отелю.

The Hotel is located opposite Kuta Beach, on a very busy road. The check in is easy and efficient. The room we had was noisy from around 5pm to midnight. Loud music, makes it very hard to sleep. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is not exactly what we were looking for, the food was overcooked. Then at nighttime, the noise from the motorbikes and car keep us awake. Breakfast was on one day perfect, the next day not at all. Very inconsistent.

I loved to stay here, I have comfort bed and pillows, spacious room. All staffs are friendly specially Linda at the breakfast and Dayu the Duty Manager. They was very polite and very very good at their job . Dayu helps me a lot . I would say she was your asset at this hotel . As a guest you’re lucky to have Dayu and Linda working in your company. Excellent hotel and a very good staff. We had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast wasn’t included with our stay. Really nice roof top swimming pool.
