Great Sunset Cocktails at Kuta Heritage Riva Bar. Beautiful place to watch the sunset, listen to a live guitarist and enjoy a half price cocktail. Staff amazing- in particular, Anita who made us some amazing cocktails. Saurtami was also friendly and very helpful.

Loved our stay in the suite. Great location across the road from the beach & amidst local markets & couple of nearby malls. Lovely pool & connecting Day Spa. Great restaurants nearby, including Jamie Oliver. Enjoyed the restaurants at the hotel also; breakfast was a highlight thank you Linda, Riko & Team. Recommend! :)

My friend and I loved staying in Kuta Beach Heritage! This hotel is perfectly located in front of the beach, near great restaurants, dance clubs and a large mall. It offers a morning buffet with a broad range of great quality local and western food! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and provided wonderful service!

Great rooms and bathrooms with everything you could need in terms of amenities Interesting entrance but very helpful staff that take your bags and walk you to your room! Breakfast is amazing and very clean. The staff are very attentive if you have dietary restrictions and allergies Especially Nita who helped my mum out with Gluten free Vegan muffins and pancakes which was a really luxury for her!!

Thank you very much to the friendly staff. A special thanks to Anita, Nita, Ngurah, Ratna, Seni, Sukma and the rest of the crew whose names we did not get. I suffered a back injury while on an adventure. These staff members went over and beyond their duty to make us comfortable. They brought cushions which they placed on the chair, every morning at breakfast and every evening at dinner. From the South African couple. 👍 Five star for sure 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
