The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bali, with direct access to the beach just a stone’s throw away. It is surrounded by vibrant entertainment, shopping, and dining options, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally polite and impeccably dressed in traditional Balinese attire, adding a charming cultural touch to the experience. Special thanks to Junior for kindly upgrading my room to a Deluxe Heritage King Room for my two-night stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and will most certainly return.

The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for a good location. Close to everything you need walking distance to the beach, shopping center, restaurant and local shops if you’re interested in souvenirs. But the main thing I like about this hotel is the staff. Anita and Nita are both great people who every guest will love. Their hospitality, kindness, courteousness brings us comfort and peace and joy in this hotel. Additionally, they speak English very well. So, no worries at all if you have any concerns. Highly recommended 👍

Отличный отель в центре Куты на первой линии. До пляжа - только перейти дорогу. Очень дружелюбный, готовый прийти на помощь в любую минуту, персонал. Большой уютный и комфортный номер, огромная удобная кровать. Подушки - отдельная любовь! Вкусные разнообразные завтраки, красивый бассейн. Мы останавливались на две ночи в самом начале путешествия по Бали, очень рекомендуем! Сама Кута не оставила восторженных эмоций, но это уже не вопрос к отелю.

The Hotel is located opposite Kuta Beach, on a very busy road. The check in is easy and efficient. The room we had was noisy from around 5pm to midnight. Loud music, makes it very hard to sleep. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is not exactly what we were looking for, the food was overcooked. Then at nighttime, the noise from the motorbikes and car keep us awake. Breakfast was on one day perfect, the next day not at all. Very inconsistent.
