I am a travel agent writing a review on behalf of an elderly guest of mine who stayed last week. As he checked out last week, the cleaners entered his room and stole his wallet with some money, his cell phone, and some new clothes he had purchased in Antwerp. The front desk staff was marginally helpful, but the cleaning crew was not forthcoming, and nothing was returned. Please use caution with your items at this property. Otherwise he says the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Dear Travel Agent, We take every guest’s experience seriously, and we truly wish your client had left our hotel with only fond memories. However, we must respectfully but firmly deny this accusation against our housekeeping team. The moment your guest reported their belongings missing, our front desk staff did everything they could to assist—calling the phone multiple times, thoroughly searching the room, and speaking with our team to gather any information. Sadly, despite these efforts, nothing was found. We also spoke directly to the housekeeping team, including the lady who cleaned the room that day. She has been with us for many years and is known for her kindness and dedication. When she heard she was being accused of stealing, she was heartbroken and even brought to tears. It’s deeply upsetting to see such serious claims made without any proof, especially against a team that takes so much pride in their work. We completely understand how frustrating it is to misplace valuable items while traveling, and we always encourage guests to reach out if something goes missing so we can assist in any way possible. I know, and am in contact with, many great travel agents across the globe, each one of them would have called and asked for the hotel manager to solve any issues instead of posting an anonymous claim on a public website. Great hotel with fantastic views; the staff were very friendly and helpful. Best of all, the bar supervisor, Omar, was very professional, pleasant, very funny, and made us very happy! (Shokran Omar). Breakfast team was welcoming and very friendly. Special thanks to Joy. Highly recommend!

I was there for work. This hotel is a blast! I really recommend it to everyone! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, also the breakfast and the bar were amazing. The room was clean and with the park view. The good Internet connection helped me working efficiently.

The restaurant is beautiful and the servers/bartenders are the nicest. The hotel rooms are cleand and very comfy. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend getting breakfast as well with the room, because it is very tasty and has a lot of variety. :))
