Stayed here for two nights on a city trip and had an overall good experience. The hotel is new, so nothing is worn out, everything looks great and modern. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and the location is great to explore the city. The bar area is very nice. Minus points is that there's a club nearby which you can hear at night (slightly, not too bad, mainly the bass), also noise from the hallway can be heard very well inside the room.

The hotel is centrally located. The hotel premises are good. The room is nothing special very basic and dusty. Also has some problems with the fixtures i.e the bathroom doorknob is broken, the round mirror is loose, the shower water pressure is poor and it makes noise when you turn the water. The breakfast is mediocre, one day the hot buffet is filled with hot items but mixed up for example there is a casserole with bacon and sausages together. Next day because of low occupancy there is no hot items. Also the items are not replenished regularly beacuse the morning staff cannot be bothered. The cofffe is also very bad. Most of the staff, receptionist and breakfast staff will never ask you if everything is ok. Very impersonal staff except Omar who is very friendly. No sign of management over the 6 days of my stay. I have been working in hospitality as a manager for over 20 years and I must admit that the standards are not 4 star. The gym is very good though.
