Welcoming hotel. Staff exceptional. So helpful. Room very nice. Spacious. Lift to all floors. Cleaning exceptional. Well located close to railway station. Although a short walk taxis were happy to do the small run to help us with our luggage. Antwerp is a wonderful place and this hotel and its staff were exceptional

Ogólnie bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Minusem jest to, że po wodę trzeba zjeżdżać do głównego holu, a jeden pracownika przejawia zachowania dyskryminujące.

Pani Marzeno, dziękujemy za podzielenie się wrażeniami z pobytu w naszym hotelu. Cieszymy się, że nasza lokalizacja przypadła Pani do gustu, a sam hotel przyczynił się do przyjemnego pobytu. Jeśli chodzi o śniadanie, nasz hotel oferuje możliwość wcześniejszego śniadania z ograniczonym asortymentem przed oficjalnymi godzinami otwarcia - jesteśmy przykro z powodu niedogodności, które Pani napotkała i postaramy się upewnić, że w przyszłości komunikacja między naszym personelem będzie bardziej jednoznaczna. Co do uwagi na temat dystrybutora wody, zwrócimy uwagę na konieczność optymalizacji dostępu do wody, aby jeszcze bardziej przyczynić się do ochrony środowiska. We spent 2 nights at this hotel. Location is excellent in the diamond area of Antwerp. The front office staff is kind. The rooms are renovated and clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is generous and tasty. It is possible to park within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed our experience.

Nice hotel in a great location. The city centre is walkable and parking is available in the vicinity at 19Euros per day which is a good price for Antwerp. Great staff that is attentive and genuinly kind. Very clean rooms. Bar has nice selection of beers.
