We are truly sorry to learn that your recent visit did not meet your expectations and that several aspects of your stay were disappointing. Please accept our sincere apologies for the smell issue you encountered in room 1734. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Our engineering and housekeeping teams have already been informed to inspect the drainage and ventilation system and take corrective action. We are also reviewing your comment regarding the bathroom area to ensure proper deep cleaning and maintenance are carried out. We appreciate your positive remarks on our housekeeping team and breakfast selection, and we will share this with them. However, we regret that you felt our service lacked warmth and personalization. We strive to recognize all of our guests, including ALL members, and we will reinforce training to ensure that special occasions and greetings are never overlooked. We also take note of your suggestions regarding currency exchange clarity, Wi-Fi speed, and recognition at checkout.
