Freundliches Personal, saubere schöne Zimmer mit Pool und Ocean View. Zu wenig Liegestühle am Pool. Frühstück war ok. Kaffee und Orangensaft ungeniessbar, Qualität sollte verbessert werden, da nicht würdig für ein 4* Hotel.

Ca.200 Zimmer=400 Gäste, dafür 25 (!)Sonnenschirme und ca. 100(!) Poolliegen Jeden Morgen um 6.30(!) waren ALLE Sonnenschirme und liegen mit Handtücher belegt! Wer später kam (6.30!) ging leer aus und konnte sich auf den boden setzen/legen. Verantwortlich für das frühe Belegen waren die ca. 90% russischen Gäste Daher, von Urlaubserholung keine Spur sondern allmorgendlicher reservierungsstress.

While we do have signage in place to discourage reserving loungers with towels, we acknowledge that enforcement has not been effective enough during busy periods. Your comments highlight a clear need for us to address this issue more firmly and consistently to ensure fair access and a more comfortable experience for all guests. We take your feedback seriously and will share it with our management and operational teams to review our sunbed management policy, including the number of loungers and umbrellas available, as well as stricter monitoring and enforcement during peak hours.
