Sehr toller Aufenthalt in sehr schönen Hotel. Leider gibt es vor allem im Ocean Wing viel zu wenige Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Dies fehlte noch zu einem absolut perfekten Aufenthalt. Ansonsten alles super!

Ich war für 5 Tage im Resort und es war sehr schön! Tolles zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr ruhige Lage. Der Ocean Wing hat Pool und Meer vereint was auch super ist!

Am Pool: zuwenig Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Dadurch reservierte Liegen. Teller und leere Gläser am Pool sollten rasch durch Personal abgeräumt werden. Morgen-Buffet fein und reichhaltig. Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder kommen 😊

Schönes Zimmer, schöne Anlage am Meer. Aber der notwendige Transfer mit Auto vom Gardenwing zum Oceanwing ist unpraktisch. Eigentlich handelt es sich um zwei Hotels unter einem Management. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist bemüht und sehr freundlich, aber schlecht geschult. M.E. ein Management Fehler. Happy Hour, All+ Discount, alles überfordert das Personal. Wir bekamen kein Zimmerupgrade (Gold Status), aber ein Late Checkout. Die Balkone mit Seaview im Gardenwing kann man nicht wirklich nutzen. Es steht den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Schöne Pool Anlagen. Der Oceanwing Bereich am Meer ist wunderschön, aber wenig besucht. Leider sind die Polster dreckig und der Service hakelt. Mein Getränk wurde an einen anderen Tisch geliefert und auf Rückfrage 20 Minuten später von diesem Tisch gebracht. Leider recht warm. Beim Bezahlen sollte unser Tisch plötzlich nicht unter die Happy Hour fallen. Am Tag zuvor gab es dort selbstverständlich Happy Hour. Eigentlich musste jede Rechnung mehrfach erstellt werden, bis man die Angebote berücksichtigt hat. Ich mag nicht ständig danach betteln, möchte aber auch nicht benachteiligt werden. Das trübt die Stimmung. Es liegt nicht am Personal. Das Management sollte mehr in Schulung und Coaching investieren.

Ein tolles Resort, wir lieben es sehr und würden gerne öfters kommen, aber leider dürfen Hunde nicht in die Zimmer wo man eine tolle Aussicht hat. Aber im Werbevideo des Hotels wird gerade damit geworben, dass Hunde in die Seaview Zimmer können. Das ist leider irreführend, was sehr schade ist und dem Brand nicht gerecht wird. Die Rezeption darauf angesprochen hat gesagt sie will sich erkundigen deswegen, aber bis heute kam leider keine Antwort. Ansonsten alles Top. Auch das Essen war wie immer wunderbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, aber halt nicht so oft wie wir es gerne täten.
