Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war wirklich erstklassig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den General Manager Daniel, der mit außergewöhnlichem Engagement dafür sorgt, dass sich die Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier nicht nur verwaltet wird, sondern echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Daniel ist persönlich vor Ort präsent, nimmt sich Zeit für die Gäste, fragt aktiv nach dem Wohlbefinden und kümmert sich sichtbar um jedes Detail. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass er selbst morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet präsent ist und kontrolliert, ob alles perfekt vorbereitet ist und den hohen Standards entspricht. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Leidenschaft sieht man heutzutage nur noch selten. Das gesamte Team wirkt dadurch motiviert und professionell, und genau diese persönliche Führung spürt man während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Der Service, die Atmosphäre und die Qualität waren hervorragend. Ein Hotel, das ich mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann – vor allem wegen der außergewöhnlichen Betreuung durch Daniel und sein Team. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Our stay at this hotel was truly first-class. I would especially like to highlight the General Manager Daniel, who shows exceptional dedication in making sure every guest feels completely comfortable and well taken care of. You can immediately see that this is not just management, but genuine hospitality being lived every day. Daniel is personally present on-site, takes time for the guests, actively asks how they are doing, and visibly pays attention to every detail. What impressed me most was seeing him personally checking the breakfast buffet in the morning to ensure everything was perfectly prepared and met the highest standards. This level of care and passion is something very rare nowadays. The entire team seems motivated and professional because of this leadership, and you can feel it throughout the whole stay. The service, atmosphere, and overall quality were outstanding. This is a hotel I can highly recommend with complete confidence — especially because of the exceptional care provided by Daniel and his team. We will definitely come back!

Sehr toller Aufenthalt in sehr schönen Hotel. Leider gibt es vor allem im Ocean Wing viel zu wenige Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Dies fehlte noch zu einem absolut perfekten Aufenthalt. Ansonsten alles super!
