Lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza no venían a limpiar ni recoger basura diaria y la fianza que tenía que pagar al final la devolvieron pero en un Ibis nunca me había sucedido por lo demás súper bien

As an aparthotel, we operate a weekly cleaning service as standard to respect guest privacy, but additional cleaning and rubbish removal are always available upon request at reception. We regret that this was not clearly communicated to you. Regarding the deposit, this is a standard procedure for our aparthotel to cover potential damages or additional charges, and we are glad it was returned to you. We understand this may differ from your experience at other Ibis hotels. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a stay that fully meets your expectations. Muy buen apartamentos, con pequeños detalles, no limpian habitaciones tras 5 días alojado. Solamente nos fastidió tener que salir un día a las 9:00 hasta las 15:00 para hacer una operación de mantenimiento que no fue nada trasparente. Aún así seguro que volvemos
