We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the maintenance operation during your visit. As noted in the letter provided to our guests, the maintenance was a necessary procedure to ensure the air conditioning system functions safely and effectively for all of our guests. We made every effort to inform our guests in advance and minimize the disruption with the 10 minute maintenance visit, during the specified time between 9:00 and 15:00, as outlined in the notification.
