While we do not provide face towels as a standard, we are able to offer smaller towels (normally placed as bath mats) upon request. Please accept our apologies if this was not clearly explained at the time. I also regret that you felt the breakfast did not represent good value. Our buffet offers a wide selection of both continental and English options, including hot and cold dishes, as well as unlimited tea and coffee.
