Séjour de 2 nuits du 31 octobre au 2 novembre 2024. Localisation parfaite près des quais et du quartier colonial. Literie confortable. Piscine de taille moyenne mais bien agréable. Bon petit-déjeuner au dernier étage de l'hôtel. Toit-terrasse avec vue sympa. Personnel sympathique. Petite salle de sport pratique. Tout neuf et très propre. Prestations de bon niveau pour un prix raisonnable. Je recommande.

Séjour agréable, mais deux importants bémols: - le fait de devoir laisser une caution lors de l'enregistrement est insupportable, d'autant plus que le montant demandé est très substantiel - les rangements dans la chambre sont trop exigus (on ne sait pas très bien où mettre son linge)

Je suis Diamond ou Platinum en continu depuis de nombreuses années voyageant partout dans le monde. C'était une première dans un Tribe et l'expérience a été très satisfaisante. L´hôtel est en parfaite condition, très propre, bien situé sur Riverside près du Wat Phnom. Le service est haut de gamme avec un personnel très disponible. Je félicite le chef Jordan Bischoff pour la qualité du petit-déjeuner digne d'un Fairmont. Cet hôtel est parfaitement managé par son directeur ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas chez ACCOR. C'est la meilleure option qualité/prix à Phnom Penh. Je recommande vivement!
