Gorgeous big room overlooking a park. Well located, opposite the main train station. Staff friendly. Huge bathroom. The breakfast area was completely unprepared for a full seating, despite being required to book a breakfast slot in advance. There was only 1 coffee machine. There was no toast or the opportunity to make any. The buffet items were often finished and it took long before the items were replenished. The buffet was also rather limited in choice.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. We love it! The location is very convenient: close to the central train and bus stations, within walking distance to anything you’d like to see and do in Delft, pleasant and quiet. Breakfast was great, and the staff are all super nice and helpful.

Located just a stone throw from Delft station, this is a great location. Typical Ibis room, no-nonsense and practical. The reception allowed a slightly early check in and a slightly later check out. Very friendly, we would stay there again.

not easy to park your personnal car .... lobby services at minimum level . 1 front desk quickly overbooked when 2 or 3 customers are coming at the same time. due to this: I faced a credit card overdue ( double paiment for my diner !) management cost reduction concept at lobby is at extreme level ! maybe too high ...;-)
