We got 2 adjoining rooms in Ibis styles 309 and 307, 309 is a wheelchair accessible room, it has a wet room with a fixed shower chair, the toilet has grab rails on both sides, but no back rest and it is bit high. Plenty of room to get around in the room itself, but no storage,no tea and coffee facilities in the room (have to go to the lobby to get tea and coffee) and no fridge in the room. Lift to all floors great, close to Delft train station and a short walk into city centre. No parking at the hotel itself but can drop off out the front.

I absolutely loved this hotel and the whole space-age theme inside! The location is great, just at the side of the train station and it's in a nice modern area with a fountain in front of the main entrance. Our room was really big, clean, had air con, ceiling to floor windows, a safe in the room, waterfall shower and really comfy beds. There was free tea and coffee at the reception area which was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly. Can't comment on breakfast as we went to Starbucks in the train station most mornings. I agree with the other comments about the shower flooding the bathroom, but there's a mop provided and it didn't cause any problems. Lighting in the room and bathroom wasn't great for doing make up in. I'll definitely return again soon as I thought it was really good value for money.

Be prepared to have a very wet bathroom floor after you shower.

Don’t stay here if you are accustomed to comfort. I have never stayed at a hotel where you have to squeegee the bathroom floor after you shower because there is no edge to the shower stall. No refrigerator. No place to open your suitcase. Very basic. The only plus: close to the train station.

The hotel is well located close to the train station but is rather basic. My room had all the normal amenities but was rather sparse and wasn’t 100% clean. Tea and coffee is provided free of charge at the reception which was a nice touch. Service was generally average. I will stay elsewhere next time I am in Delft.

I strongly advise this hotel, such a nice, welcoming hotel, big spacious rooms, big windows, big shower, comfortable bed Reception is very friendly and kind and they do their best to please you. Breakfast is a bit basic but very good for a three star hotel. One of the best thing about this hotel is, it is by the side of Delft main train station and bus station. Only improvement may be, a little desk for work might be good. Thank you for such a nice surprise in this nice city
