Had been here for 2 night. Great warm welcoming. However night shift really need some training since the attitude of serving a guest is absolutely ridiculous. Seems really bordering even the pizza is pre-made still having trouble to make it. it's such a shame that everything else is perfect but this tiny thing happen. Please give them training

Two night weekday stay which was comfortable and easy. Clean, spacious and well maintained rooms (I had no problems with aircon or fridges). Staff were exemplary - professional, friendly and helpful. Bar drinks and food were good, bar area is modern and smart, was very quiet mid-week. Breakfast was fine, again was very quiet and no issues with availability of anything. Location is an easy tram ride to the town centre or seaside. Recommended.

Good location right next to the World Forum and a 5-min walk to the #1 tram line that goes to downtown The Hague. Also 5-min walk to the Art Museum (Kunstmuseum den Haag). Front desk personnel, especially Mackenzie, Laura and Mirjam, were always very helpful. Breakfast is pretty good, probably better than I expected, but they couldn't keep up with some items (OJ, cold meats) during peak times. There are no ice machines in any floor and one night they didn't even have ice at the hotel bar. Good value overall, especially for anyone conducting business in the World Forum area, but I would stay in a downtown hotel or airbnb if my trip was mainly pleasure/tourism.

It was a disappointing stay. We expected much more from the Novotel chain. We had booked a room for 3 people through the Novotel site. When we were in the room, neither the sofa bed for the 3 person was covered nor towels for the for the 3 person available. Then we noticed that the air conditioning does not cool, because the window was open tilted and blocked that you could not close it.For the first night we thought we still try it without air conditioning. Then on 2 day we have, then but in the reception asked us to close the window, that we could make the air conditioning on, because the day was a good 25-30 degrees, the room heated up extremely. When we came back to the room in the evening, the window was not closed. So I went back to the reception. And there I was told that they could not do anything, a technician would look at the earliest the next day, and then I was laughed at stupidly when I explained again that the air conditioning would not work and it would be very warm. There came only "Sorry" and it was again laughed stupidly. The next day at check out we pointed out again that we were very dissatisfied and it would have been unbearably warm and no one would have taken the problem, but only laughed. And we would also give a bad rating. We found that a lot of rooms had their windows tilted (there was a lock on the windows), so we wondered if they didn't block the windows deliberately to avoid using the air conditioners! We can not recommend this hotel!

Novotel Den Haag was a comfortable stay for me during my week of business. They put me on the top floor (12th) with an amazing view of the city/North Sea. I like that you can open the window to allow for fresh air. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator and a safe. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Breakfast offered many varieties and the gym was nice. The lobby is fun for socializing over drinks. Overall, I was happy with Novotel.
