The stay was really wonderful and amazing and the location of the hotel is excellent in the center and close to everything you might need. The staff's treatment was perfect and the suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness is good. The hotel also has parking and the price was very reasonable and the security system in the hotel was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay.

I really liked this hotel and it was very good value considering prices elsewhere in this city. I had an executive room which was very well appointed, I originally booked a standard room but it was on the small side so upgrade. Breakfast and restaurant staff were particularly welcoming. Highly recommended.

I really liked the hotel room , it was very spacious and the bed was very nice and comfy. The location was perfect , central and close to transport and lots of great restaurants and bars. The only issue was the parking, there was nowhere at the hotel or nearby but we ended up using an out of town park and ride instead that was an easy 25mins away on the tram. I would highly recommend the hotel.

One of the best hotels in Europe for this price range. Stayed for 3 weeks here with my family, never had anything to complain about. The staff is amazing, the suite/rooms always cleaned properly. All the amenities work fine. Breakfast is always fresh and tasty, amazing value for the price for an European hotel.

We arrived at 12pm having been travelling since 4am. We’d pre-requested an early check-in which is a benefit of our Accor membership level but that was not available. Our room was not available until 4pm, an hour after normal check in. We were tired from travel and would have appreciated the early check-in requested or at the very least our room being available on time. We’d booked the most expensive room, it was a warm weekend and the air conditioning was not working. Reception denied this was the case. I insisted that as there had been three fans placed in the room they were fully aware that the aircon was not working. Eventually, they found us a room with working aircon but by then it was 6pm, 6 hours after we arrived and 3 hours after our room should have been ready. The rooms and fittings are tired but the location is good. There will be better options in this beautiful town nearby.
