While I’m glad to hear that you found our hotel pleasant and that your requests were well-attended when addressing the door sensor issue, I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. It is unacceptable that the door sensor malfunctioned, leaving your door unsecured for several days. This is a significant oversight on our part, and I am truly sorry that this issue persisted for so long. We are conducting a thorough review of our maintenance processes to prevent such situations from happening in the future. Regarding the food in our restaurants, I apologize that it did not meet your expectations. We have shared your feedback with our culinary team so that we can work on enhancing the quality and variety of our offerings. I also apologize for the manner in which your request for a late check-out was handled. We strive to be as accommodating as possible.
