Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y el hotel en sí se encuentra en una buena ubicación. El desayuno es bueno y la atención igual. Lo único malo es que cuenta con muy pocos elevadores, la espera para poder bajar simplemente al lobby es demasiada, entre 5 a 10 minutos, y con equipaje es aún peor. Además, aún no recibo el reembolso del monto solicitado para que me dieran la habitación; me comentaron lo recibiría el mero día de mi check-out, pero ya han pasado 5 días y aún no lo veo reflejado en mi cuenta.

La ubicación excelente, con comercios y restaurantes en la puerta. Está cerca del metro y a un paseo de zonas para visitar. El personal de recepción amable. La habitación familiar está renovada y la limpieza es buena pero resulta muy pequeña para 2 adultos con 2 niños, no hay armario y no hay sitio donde abrir las maletas. Eché en falta una piscina.
