Belles prestations, bel hôtel, bon petit déjeuner continental très complet. Seul défaut : le ding Dong incessant de l ascenseur à partir de 6h30 le matinnet ensuite en fin d après midi. Si le volume du signal d appel des ascenseurs était réglé plus bas ou même totalement éteint ce serait parfait. Sinon , cela est dérangeant pour les chambres situées à proximité des ascenseurs surtout pour des personnes venant pour le loisir et ne souhaitant pas nécessairement se réveiller très tôt le matin.

chrisnice2021 Escapade entre amis - Avis TripAdvisor

Chambre avec air conditionné en panne durant tout le séjour et aucune réaction de l'hôtel ! Salle de bain inondée le matin au réveil ! Malgré un engagement de réduction partielle du prix payé aucune réaction de l'hôtel. D'autres hôtels 5 étoiles sur Amman justifient pleinement leur niveau ( Hilton et Rotana ...). Je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel mais vraiment passez votre chemin et allez séjourner ailleurs !
