Personnel agréable, équipe de sécurité aussi très agréable, mauvaise isolation phonique, quartier peu sûr (Taxis devant l'hôtel agressifs), bouchons la nuit devant la boîte de nuit, sortie bruyante, présence de la police etc...

Très bon accueil par Mohamed, magnifique vue sur Amman, le petit-déjeuner était parfait, la chambre était très propre. Mon prochain séjour à Amman sera au Movenpick.

Mövenpick fait partie du groupe ACCOR. C’est une chaîne internationale où on trouve - quasi partout dans le monde- des services et un confort similaires. C’est surtout le « staff » qui fait la différence. A Amman, cet établissement est un 5* classique mais fort prisé. Dès l’entrée dans le hall après un sérieux contrôle de sécurité, c’est bourré de monde. Les chambres sont classiques, confortables et calmes. Il y a une piscine extérieure non-testée car je suis arrivé le soir. L’établissement se distingue par un bar assez cosy mais un peu bruyant et un restaurant (avec buffet) excellent. Il s’appelle « The Senate ». Le staff y est très accueillant. A noter que cet hôtel sert du vin et de l'alcool mais que ces produits étant fort taxés dans le pays (sauf à Aqaba qui est une ville quasi "tax free"), les prix sont vraiment très élevés.
