TV사이즈가 커서 침대에 누워도 몰입감이 좋습니다. 피트니스 (사우나) - 피트니스 (헬스)체련실은 파워랙을 포함한 기구가 정말 몇개 준비되어있지 않음 - 38도 수준의 온탕만 준비되어있고 샤워부스는 총 4개가 구비되어 있음 - 습식 / 건식 사우나는 별도로 존재하지 않음 실내 수영장 및 인피니티 수영장 - 인피니티 수영장 수질도 괜찮았고 온수풀이여서 약간 추워도 (약 20도내외) 무난하게 수영 가능할듯 고객서비스 [★심쿵포인트] 모든 직원분들이 친절함을 넘어 기분을 좋게 만드는 눈인사 및 적극성이 느껴졌음 [★심쿵포인트] 비오는데 택시가 반대로 정차/대기중인데 우산이 없어서 택시까지 우산을 씌어주시는 서비스 제공 룸서비스도 신속하였으며, 친절하였습니다. 엘리베이터 엘리베이터는 총 3종류로, 20F 프론트까지 운영하는 엘리베이터, 객실전용 엘리베이터 3개, 마포구 스터디룸 및 나루하우스로 이어지는 엘리베이터가 운영되고 있었음 엘리베이터는 아주 빠르지는 않았지만, 불편함을 느낄정도로 느리다고 느껴지지도 않았음 아쉬운점 - F&B : 다른 5성급 호텔에 비하면 기대치에 조금 미치지 못하는 부분이 있습니다. - 사우나 : 사우나 온탕의 온도가 1~2도 좀더 높았으면 좋겠습니다. 추가로, 외국인분이 사우나라는 표현으로 인해 습식/건식의 사우나를 찾고 계셨는데 사우나라는 표현보다 Changing Room 혹은 Shower ROOM등의 표현이 더 맞지 않을까 라는 생각입니다. - 피트니스 -> 사우나 이동간에 안내가 조금더 상세했으면 좋겠습니다. 참고사항 - Food Amenity [얼음/젓가락/접시/와인잔]은 1회당 3000원의 Porter비용이 발생합니다. 직원분들의 세심한 서비스가 하드캐리해주셨다고 생각이 들며, 가끔 고객이 불편한 모습을 보더라도 외면하는 호텔직원분이 많은데 반해 끝까지 고객을 위해 최선을 다해주시는 모습이 감사해서 이 Thank you Card를 작성합니다. 시설면이나 F&B에서 다른 호텔에 비해 불리한 부분이 있습니다. 다만 호텔이라는 본질을 생각해볼때 서비스 부문에서는 가장 본질에 충실한 호텔이 아닐까 싶습니다. 별점은 사실 5점이상을 드리고 싶은 호텔이고, 직원분들의 친절도는 신라호텔을 능가하는 마음에서 나오는 아름다운 서비스가 인상깊은 호텔이라고 평가하고 싶습니다. 다시한번 좋은 추억을 만들어주신 나루호텔 직원분들께 감사드립니다.

The hotel keep making me confused about the payment of my stay that they didn’t even check that clearly at the checkin time while i’m an Accor Platinum member and i felt at some point the customer service is quite under 5star standard, such as: - when i got in the restaurant for breakfast, they don’t even ask me coffee or tea untill i wave and the face is quite cold. - the guy checked me in at the pool quite harsh like i had to ask insistently him to get in the pool and show me the racist face - even he’s also asian like me?! - The way they put the letter under the door saying sorry about the payment process that they charged me more even tho i used my point for the upgrade is quite impolite (i didnt put on the do not disturb sign). On the other hand that’s Quite nice they upgraded me to the river view room and the breakfast is also good and various. Summary, i don’t feel the privilege of the Platinum member and seems like in the hotel don’t care about that Accor membership?! Apparently I see they were taking a good care of western and Korean people?!

Location: Hotel Naru MGallery is centrally located in Seoul, offering excellent accessibility to various attractions and shopping areas. It’s conveniently close to 'The Hyundai Seoul,' just a 15-minute bus ride away, making it easy to enjoy shopping and entertainment. Additionally, it's near Mapo Station, providing convenient subway access. The hotel is situated on flat ground, making it easy to move heavy luggage, such as suitcases. There is also a nearby Ttareungyi bike station, which is a great option for renting bikes and exploring Hangang Park. The proximity to a Seven Eleven is a bonus for buying beer, and 'The Hyundai Seoul' sells the famous Maseok Chicken Gangjeong, which we enjoyed with our beer. Room: The hotel’s new building features modern and stylish room designs with an arched concept that is visually appealing and perfect for a romantic stay. The room’s flooring is wood rather than carpet, enhancing the cleanliness and overall feel. The Han River view rooms are worth the extra cost, offering a stunning view that makes the stay truly special. Experiencing the beauty of the Han River, a symbol of Seoul, was a highlight of our stay. Watching the Han River at sunset was incredibly beautiful, and I imagine the sunrise would also be a spectacular sight. The room’s expansive size compared to other hotels ensures a comfortable stay. Additionally, the in-room tablet allows you to request additional amenities like robes or slippers easily, adding to the convenience. Cleanliness: I am particularly sensitive to cleanliness, and being a new building, the absence of water stains or mold was highly appreciated. The round bathtub in the room was delightful, and the provided bath salts were a nice touch, contributing to a relaxing bath experience. Service: The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, with swift and seamless check-in and check-out processes. The attentive service and prompt responses to requests were impressive. Notably, Pamela’s thoughtful and friendly service made our anniversary celebration even more special. The infinity pool allows for panoramic views of the Han River, eliminating the need to visit Yeouido Park for a great view. Dining options are affordable, and I look forward to trying the T-bone steak menu on our next visit. The sauna, though small, offers a chance to enjoy a bath with a view of the Han River, which is a nice feature. The water temperature might be a bit low for some, but it could be very pleasant for international guests. Breakfast: The breakfast at Hotel Naru MGallery was particularly impressive. For sushi lovers, the variety was exceptional, including Aburi sushi, shrimp sushi, salmon sushi, and flounder sushi, among others. The Aburi sushi was rich and tender, the shrimp sushi was fresh and plump, the salmon sushi was buttery and smooth, and the flounder sushi was clean and delicate. A wide selection of both Western and Korean dishes was available, ensuring a balanced meal. You can also order egg dishes separately at no additional cost, with the Eggs Benedict being especially delicious. Coffee was promptly served upon request, and although the room’s air conditioning made it a bit chilly, the staff provided blankets, allowing us to enjoy breakfast comfortably. Room Service: The hotel’s room service menu is very reasonably priced compared to other 5-star hotels, making it a great option. The quality of meat dishes is notable, and I would recommend trying room service. Quietness and Safety: The rooms are quiet, minimizing external noise and providing a peaceful environment. The hotel also maintains high security, ensuring a safe stay. Ambiance: Given the room rates, the hotel was not crowded even on a Sunday, allowing for a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. This contributed to a more pleasant and enjoyable stay. Overall Evaluation: The new building with its modern facilities and stylish design was highly impressive. The Han River view rooms offer excellent value for the additional cost. The room’s arched concept and wooden flooring enhance its elegance and cleanliness, while the spacious size of the rooms ensures comfort. The convenience of requesting additional amenities through the in-room tablet was a nice touch. The cleanliness, lack of mold or water stains, and the delightful bathtub and bath salts made for a relaxing experience. The friendliness of the staff, especially Pamela, and the affordable dining options are also notable positives. The serene environment, facilitated by the high room rates, added to our enjoyable stay. With the nearby bike rental and convenient amenities, Hotel Naru MGallery stands out among the Accor hotels, such as Sofitel or Fairmont. The location, service, facilities, breakfast, and especially the Han River view and infinity pool offer a high level of satisfaction. Watching the Han River at sunset was a memorable experience, and I imagine the sunrise would also be spectacular. The room provides a panoramic view of the Han River, allowing for both daytime and nighttime enjoyment of the river’s beauty. For a comfortable and luxurious stay in Seoul, I highly recommend this hotel. It was an exceptional opportunity to fully appreciate the beauty of the Han River while living in South Korea.
