Lovely hotel with a great location. Close to shopping and metro & bus lines. Cross the river and all the famous attractions and historic sites are short walk from metro station.

Great experience. Jenna was caring and professional. Seemed like a very experienced worker. Room was tidy. Everything smelled nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. Lobby lounge was a great place to relax for a while.

5 "I recently stayed at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul and found it to be the perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel is comfortable and easily accessible. Although the suite's view didn't quite meet my expectations, the kindness of the team more than made up for it. A special thank you goes to Julie. She was incredibly helpful when I ran into a scheduling issue with my check-out. Her professional and warm assistance was much appreciated. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Seoul."
