A great compliment for Naz! During a dinner with a group of 30 people he noticed that I didn’t take the first and last course. The rest of the group liked these so the issue was NOT the quality of the food but my personal taste (resulting from an early-life illness). Since we used an agreed menu there was no obligation to provide an alternative but nevertheless Naz did so. And he did so in a splendid way. I had an excellent dinner!!

I visited Mercure Bedford and had a drink in the bar. The young lady behind the bar called Loveleen is exceptionally good. A kind, friendly and well spoken young lady and she poured an exceptional pint. Thank you Loveleen for your brilliant service and you’re a real asset to the Hotel.

They stole my money and refuse to give it back

I was over charged by £44.10 on or around the 29th July 24.. I have contacted the hotel several times sent proof of bank statement showing THREE payments was taken from my account TWO payments at £44.10 and ONE payment at £79.90.. My accommodation was priced at £124.00 however £168.10 was taken from my account.. They ALL believe I'm lying about this... I am disgusted in the way I have been dealt with..... ANYBODY THINKING OF STAYING HERE. THINK AGAIN.. Stay at the Swan Hotel across the way, much better service....
