Ideal as it’s close to home. Ample parking. Friendly reception staff (Gerry was pleasant and accommodating. Despite the high volume of guests with stoke city players here. Im really glad I’ve found Anita Aheer here for a treatment she is exceptional. And it was an amazing find to find Anita Aheer at this hotel. The hotel is pleasant and the facilities are great. Myself and my partner have previously been here for a nice break. We are more than likely going to rebook the hotel when we see Anita.

I saw Anita the holistic therapist for treatment, it was excellent and I’m no longer in pain. The atmosphere at the hotel was lovely, I was served by Marita who helped me with the parking. I’ll look forward to returning!

The reception staff Gerry deserves particular praise. She was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Excellent customer service that made a strong first impression. A great stay from start to finish. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. Would definitely return.
