Brilliant location, short walk to most areas of central Birmingham. Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed . My only grumble would be the hairdryer, took ages to dry my hair. 😩 Would stay again if I was to ever visit Brum again.

Travelled to Birmingham for one night with a group of long time friends, and stayed at the Aparthotel Adagio. What sets this apart from other hotels or 'overnight' stays was the staff. The warm welcome, and genuine enthusiasm for making their guests stay happy. Seemed a small team but they all played their part, and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were nicely decorated, and quite slick, and CLEAN, we liked the mini kitchen, fridge and general layout. They all seemed a touch different. I was a touch concerned it might be a bit noisy as it was a Saturday night, but it wasn't, we had a fab view from 6th floor of the city. Could have done with a bit more milk (sachets) in the room for two guests, (A minor grumble - I am sure we could have got more without an issue). Quite spacious & comfy beds, it also felt secure. Big shout out for Linda and Sally (?) - they made the stay perfect, great customer service. Can highly recommend this location for bull ring shopping, new street ( 10mins walk) and custard factory. We had the added bonus of a firework display!

What a charming little place. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, and it was extremely well located close to the Bullring. The apartment style rooms were great with excellent amenities (microwave, hob, dishwasher etc) and in the reception area they have fridges with food/dinners if that's what you wanted plus toiletries, games and things for kids to do if you were staying with family. Only the smallest comment on how things could be improved - there's not a lot of s space around the sink for toiletries etc and it would be helpful to have a well lit dressing table mirror. Other than that I think it's a really well run place.

I came to view the police access for my son, we went out to see the area of an evening and we had the best night, safe and vert well staffed in every bar and restaurant. We returned to the hotel quite late, well I did! The staff was the most humble, kind and considerate staff I have ever come across. The lady on reception I didn’t catch her name unfortunately she actually made my stay so much better. Her chatty, kind, friendly manner made me feel so welcome. I love this place and I’ve never even visited the sea before but I’d stay just to receive that welcoming smile again. Absolute gem she is and an asset to the hotel, sane as security you expect confrontational but it is everything but. Staff have outshined hotels I’ve paid triple for 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Our stay was absolutely amazing and made our whole trip to England! The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and were able to answer all of our questions and give us help when we needed directions. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a brilliant range of choices. Sally and Lorraine were both outstanding and offered a brilliant service. Their bright personalities made our trip England, they were eager to chat and to get to know us better. Sally also makes a brilliant omlette, and would definitely recommend asking her for one! We are so grateful to have met you both and wish you all the best. This was the best service we have ever had so thankyou! Keep up the great work! Much love from Australia!
