We had a meal at the Novotel restaurant on Sunday evening. Greeted by a very friendly team. Mukesh and Karim were our servers and made us feel so welcome. So refreshing to be served by staff that are genuinely glad you are dining with them and not just an inconvenince. Food was great. We shared Nachos and each had fish and chips. Delicious food, plentiful and tasty, just what we needed. Thank you so much team. Next time, we know where to come instead of looking around for somewhere. Well done everyone !

Stayed here the night before a flight. The room overlooked the front of the terminal but was very quiet. comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with powerful shower, the shower tray however is dangerously slippery and we had to put a towel on the shower floor to prevent slipping. The hospitality tray has tiny cups, I was able to make two cups of tea using one tea bag. We ate in the restaurant the food was ok but expensive for what we had. Breakfast in the morning was awful, first of all we couldn't find a clean table, all tables had dirty crockery on them, it looked like the staff member who cleared the tables didn't start work until 8am, and then she had to carry everything, why don't they give her a trolly ? Then when we got our food it was cold. The redeeming factor is the location, we travel to the airport by train and it is right next to the terminal.
