So called double room, smallest have been in for some time. Storage poor, no drawers or cupboards for clothes with just a rail (with 4 hangers) for jackets etc. And just 1 chair. Shower room was very good, though only 1 glass supplied! Meals were good which helped raise my score. Very handy for motorways and city centre.

Very clean and friendly environment, especially therapy with Anita Aheer. A great welcome from Stefan and Jerry on arrival. It was great to see Anita in the building. Car parking available onsite. Treated myself to food and drinks after the treatment.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, great breakfast, good selection of drinks. The pool, steam room, jacuzzi and sauna was a very welcome added extra and even booked in for a couple of treatments which were heaven. Our group had a lovely time, thank you.

We had a lovely welcome , I had my dog with me. We were assigned a room on tge second, which is actually on the same floor as reception. When we got in the good sized room., there was a good size dog bed, a bowl,treats, a ball and a message about rules. The bed was two singles put together. There was a good quality hospitality tray, sadly no biscuits. The room was well equipped with sockets, but the lighting was poor. The bathroom was accesable, so was large. With large soft towels and good integrated toiletries. As my dog is a service dog, we were allowed in the restaurant, we had a good meal, vegetarian soup(could've been hotter), Cumberland sausage & mash and a fresh fruit salad. Breakfast, I was refused entry to the restaurant, even though I explained about her being a service dog, being disabled, I had to sit in the bar, being disabled this presented me with great difficulties. However a member of staff checked with reception and I was allowed on. . Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice of everything although no black pudding or fried bread. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. All the staff were friendly .

Wat een fijn hotel. Maar 1 nachtje gebleven maar we hebben het fijn gehad. Vriendelijk personeel, thanks Mairita! De kamer was niet heel groot maar schoon, fijne bedden en hele fijne douche. Fitness en zwembad zijn erg goed. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid, ook vegan melk aanwezig. Diner: erg lekker. Voor vegans genoeg keuze en niet duur. Hond kost 15 pond, parkeren 7.5. In de buurt zijn snelladers voor ev. Enige minpuntje: geen minibar en fles water op de kamer.

Hartelijk dank voor deze geweldige recensie. We zijn erg blij om te lezen dat u genoten heeft van uw verblijf bij ons en dat u bijzonder tevreden bent over de service van Mairita. Wij hopen dat wij u snel weer mogen zien.
