From the dirty rooms and common areas to the Horizon my rude waitress at the (1) Restuarant it was ALL a BAD experience. Hard to locate and park . No one works. They NEVER have any coffee anywhere on site in the rooms, lobby or even the restaurant ! If you ask for or need something you are a Bother to this Snowflake WOKE Staff . Save your time and money an go anywhere but 21C ! They Suck !’n

Corner room was very comfortable - great views, high ceilings! Enjoyed the blue penguins in the hall and the rubber duck in the bathroom for some whimsy! I appreciate that the room temperature was easily adjusted. Would have preferred a non- rum scented body wash but this is very minor issue! Staff weee friendly!

I have stayed at every hotel in Lexington, and this one is hands-down, the best. The rooms are light and airy and Will furnished, the hotel staff is attentive and nice, and the breakfast and dinner are excellent.

My stay at 21C Museum Hotel was truly a perfect experience. I loved every single thing about my stay. My room exceeded expectations, it was beautiful, tons of character and spotless. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. It is also walking distance to some of downtown Lexington's best places. I can't say enough good things about my stay. I didn't want to leave.

I had a great day. I stayed one night. I ate dinner in the lockbox and that was really great. It felt like I was back in the 1920s in a great way.
