Restaurant staff exceptional.

I stayed at your hotel over the Easter weekend for BWS(bewhiskered) your staff was very nice and attentive and I have 0 issues with them. We stayed on the 5th floor and the whole floor smelled of mildew/bad air freshener. Sometime between Saturday and Sunday the AC in our room broke. We were sweaty and gross. I thought it might've been from the humidity outside but after grabbing lunch and giving the room time it was still hot. The thermostat was set to 68 yet when I checked the actual tempt of the room it was closer to 80. I went to complain and the lovely staff member, a gentleman I don't remember his name, upgraded us to a suite on floor 8. That room was ice cold and probably the better sleep I had all weekend. When I was driving in it was hard to spot the entrance and could not find a sign until I was walking along the street. The valet being over $10 more than the parking garage was also a bit of a disappointment.
