Room had no functioning heat or a/c, no fans were available and the only option at 1am after waking up drenched in sweat was to switch rooms. To make matters even worse, I was in a room beside the elevators and it was a complete nightmare. You all should strongly consider providing guests a disclaimer about the continual noise in those particular rooms and offer them heavily discounted or just don’t offer them at all based on your target consumer. To expect anyone to tolerate and pay for that is absurd.

Welcomed by friendly valet staff, check in was easy, room was well designed, workout space and sauna were clean and well appointed, liked the art museum experience and use of an old building with character, location was great for exploring the city, will definitely stay again when visiting Durham!
