No Stayover Room Cleaning

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned by housekeeping the entire stay. I vacated my room for 12 hours each day, so there was no reason for my room not be receive stayover service. Overall, the staff seem confused about hotel policies and this stay was a disappointment.

Amazing stay. Amy at the front desk was wonderful! Really enjoyed either sauna and steam room. Wish we could have booked a spa service. Disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open for brunch on Sunday - we were really looking forward to trying it!

Enjoyed the museum, bar had limited menu with no food before 5pm.Lighting should have been better in rooms.

It’s a strange old building but that kinda adds to the novelty and appeal of the place. The staff were very helpful. Checkin and checkout were simple and quick. All was well!

I had two valets who were very courteous and helpful. The rug in my room was stained and did not look clean. Also, my heater was broken. I went out and when I returned later that night the radiator was ice cold! When I called the front desk, the clerk said he could bring me a blanket or I could change rooms. I asked for a space heater, but the clerk brought a heavy comforter and did not have a space heater. I was much too tired to change rooms late that night.
