Check-in went smoothly, as the valet gave clear instructions on where to find the guest services desk. I used the valet parking services, and they cared for my vehicle well. My room was medium-sized, with two queen beds, and it was well-lit for the most part. (The entry light did not work, and although that didn’t bother me, it might bother someone else, so please advise.) I appreciated the attention to detail, the exquisite tidiness of the entire room. The bathroom had a dim purple light, which made for excellent lighting if I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and did not want to be woken up too much. There were two spa robes in my room, and they were warm and comfortable. The bath had the perfect depth and back angle to allow me to relax comfortably, and the soaps, shampoos and lotions were pleasantly scented. The pillows were just right for my taste, not too firm but not too soft, and almost long enough to be body pillows. I caught a moment or two to check out the art museum on the second floor, which displayed some very intriguing pieces; “Gluttony, Gluttony, Gluttony” was my personal favorite. Check-out was easy enough as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I would stay here again!

My stay was amazing, very nice short and sweet, Now one thing I can say is For the gym goers id say add a bench or a smith machine to fully maximize The gym area. The sauna was amazing!

Hi, the heat was not working and I had to call and ask for discount, when I feel like it should have been offered to all impacted guests. When room was cleaned, sheets were not changed, just beds made. There was also an odd odor/smell in the room. I understand that it was unprecedented weather, but thought communication could have been better.

Stayed at the 21 C for a work event. It was paid for by my company, but they made me put 200 on my credit card which was very unexpected. They only had valet and I had to wait an hour for my car at check out as I watched others who checked out substantially behind me get their cars. The gym only had 3 treadmills and it was not enough. Especially for a running event. My room was very cols and the lights kept shutting off. I did like the robes and the room was nice. The staff was very nice as well.
