A perfect getaway for couples. We had the most Spacious room with the best coffee. The restaurant food was high quality. And the location was convenient to the shows at DPAC.

Anonymous Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Gave license and credit card at check in but when we tried to charge our meal to the room at restaurant they said "we didn't have a card on file". Tried advertised bourbon shot at the bar after 8pm- Bartender questioned our validity even though we showed our room keys. Said we "should have ticket for shots". Made a big deal about calling front desk to get the okay. Very embarrassing.

None of the emails from 21c had any information about check in and check out time - I have never had a hotel not prominently display that in communications since it's an important piece of planning information. The valet parking option was posted in emails and on the website, with no indication of cost. We were surprised by it on arrival. There was zero information in our room about wifi passwords or general info about the hotel. We had reserved a double bed room for 4 people, but towels, glasses etc. were provided for only 2. We called and requested more of these while we were going to be out the room, but they weren't provided. The 21c reservation confirmation email had "Quick Links" at the bottom - that linked to the New York Fairmont Hotel with no explanation about why. The experience was not what we expected for such a highly rated hotel.

Stuck up and inefficient

The best I can say about the room is that it’s clean. Stayed there in September 2023 and am still waiting for them to return the deposit they mistakenly took. The room itself was clean but there was no instructional support such as wifi codes, restaurant hours or gallery hours. We called down to get ice and we’re met with a hostile attitude as well as a long delay for ice. The bathtub was a massive health and safety risk and there was such a large gap between the door and the floor we had to put a towel down. The only good point was their valet service who were charming and helpful. Really not worth the money they charge to deal with them and the attitude afterwards.
