Room was nice, food and bar were good, staff was nice. Only thing is that the elevator wasn't working one night but it was fixed by the morning

Interesting building but not up to the standards of other 21C hotels I’ve stayed in, especially for the price. Outlets didn’t work (plugs popped out), AC wasn’t able to keep up, overall worn throughout.
