Amazing staff, they have been super helpful with all my needs for a business trip, from the evening to the day crew. Rooms have great views and breakfast is also great (salmon totally recommended). Andres has been key part in my stay and the receptionists also 10/10.

Fatina was very accommodating and friendly! It was clean and just a cool atmosphere. Easy to get to Michigan Ave. room was comfortable and staff was friendly. I’d book again. I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked good. It was a great price for the value

Good Location But NO Heat In Room

I Arrived from Texas and checked in to my room on November 1st. The temperature was is in the mid-50s and that evening was supposed to be in the 30s. I was already cold going from Texas and I turned the heat up in the room as soon as I arrived. Two hours later, the temperature in the room hadn’t budged so I called the front desk. They told me the heat and the building has not been turned on! When I ask when they would be turning the heat on, she said they don’t turn the heat on until the mid November. I said this is Chicago, why wouldn’t the heat be on now! The front desk said I’m sorry I don’t know what to tell you. This is an old building. She said she was only able to offer me more blankets so I would be comfortable at night. When checking out I told the front desk my story and asked to speak with the manager. The lady that was checking me out was the manager, and she sincerely apologize because what I was told was not true as far as she knew. I want to know, why would somebody make a story about the heat not being turned on in the building until mid November in Chicago? And, if it was true, why would an upscale four star hotel in Chicago not have their heat on in November!?
