Room was not ready at check in time Room was gone, but tough on the edges. Door on minibar cabinet off its hinges… so light filled the room. Shower didn’t drain well. Comfortable bed. Very loud neighbors in hallway until midnight…. Desk did not care.

The fridge in the room did not work, the door did not lock. I was in room 1712. I had to switch hotel rooms as it was located near the elevator, so the staff was able to accommodate. I moved to 1605 and there was not a refrigerator in that room, the shade was broken and wouldn't go all the way down, someone did come to fix it but it still seemed to not work as it should have. We had dinner at Toro one night and the food was great, the service could have been better. It took about 2.5 hours and our waiter eventually just moved on to other tables and never returned. The breakfast was good and a nice option, but until we inquired about the breakfast included with the stay, it was not brought up. I was also charged for a bottle of Evian that the room did not even have. The staff was able to resolve that issue at checkout.

The room was great. However, not having a store or even a vending machine in the hotel was inconvenient. There was no way to grab a salad or sandwich and go. The restaurant had odd hours and only brunch during the day on the weekend. Def made my stay less optimal.
