We were there for a ballet competition at Harris theater. Perfect location. Comfortable beds.16th floor. Gold lounge was excellent. Phone never worked, there for 4 days.i needed more decaf coffee pods in our room.never happened.with the amount of taxes and $86/night parking, you should plan on doubling the amount listed for the room. Beautiful hotel tho. We ate at Toro in the hotel. Great food. No kids menu.

As soon as I arrived I was met by Diego in Valet and Samuel at the front door. They welcomed me and took great care of my son and I. They were awesome. Their attitude was amazing. When I went to check in, I was greeted by Gabriel. He was very professional and accommodating. He was very friendly and patient with us. I will tell you that prior to my retirement I led and worked with a great work force of approx. forty people. I would have gladly had any one of your personnel on my team at any time! Thanks so much for a fabulous stay with some fine people, excellent accommodations and NO discrepancies. My son Roman and I appreciate you very much. See you soon! Dennis M. N.

I found the whole hotel (room, hallways, restaurant) to be significantly darker than I'd like. It was a challenge to see my hair and makeup in the mirror. The side mirror was so dim I couldn't use it. the hairdryer was gross. The tv remote power button didn't work. the cups in my room had smudges on them.
