Front desk lady was so rude, floor was wet with loud fan, intentionally put me in loud floor even though I asked for quiet she even said 36% operationally capacity

The lobby was well decorated. The Rt was nice to have a Nespresso coffee maker in the room, but the furnishings were old. No USB ports well below the quality expected for a Fairmont.

The only concerns I have regards the room service meal we ordered. All food items were cold upon receipt which was not enjoyable. Also, the bathroom has repair items that should have been completed prior to occupancy (hole behind the door, shower door and floor not as clean, and floors needed mopping).
