House keeper hery was very helpful Lovely smiles , club room was amazing All round service is unbelievable I would not say Anywhere else ♥️♥️♥️ rooms are spotless and smell inviting. It is central to everything in the city But very quiet? And very high class.

Wahida was excellent with her service she is very helpful, courteous & friendly. I recommend this hotel and its courtyard restaurant great experience. Will come again. I advise my family and friends to go and try courtyard restaurant at eighth flour, varieties of food.

Had an excellent day at the pavilion Hotel world class service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left the concierge in the downstairs lobby, where particularly helpful with directions and advice. They also helped us organize a ride to the airport as well as help us get a cab for some daily trips around Kuala Lumpur. All of the staff were very competent and eager to help. I highly recommend staying at the pavilion Hotel. Some minor feedback from my experience that should not deter anyone from staying at the pavilion hotel but it is important to keep in mind are the following: my number one complaint would be the laundry service I should’ve reviewed the prices and tallied up better myself first so it is my fault but it was a bit steep. It didn’t work it didn’t work.

Great food and delicious taste and the service excellent from all team specially Aisha’s , she did good work and good service, I recommend the courtyard in Pavilion Hotel , they have a great Selection of food specially the seafood and the dessert really good too , Definitely I will be back …..
