My review Check in can improve as there was a line from 2:30pm onwards as check in only at 3:00pm but some rooms were not ready House keeping was good, rooms were clean n amenities were replenish Rooms were comfy n bed firm Breakfast was pleasant, not extensive but more to local cuisine, staff was attentive n welcoming. Roti canai station manage by chef Rasifn was good, roti was soft n he prepared the roti to your liking, kudos

Great location. When you dine for breakfast at the restaurant, freshly made rottiies at the outside terrace by a nice and gentle cook Rothi must be tried.

Rashid from the breakfast prepares fresh paratha. It is prepared with dedication and really delicious. Also other staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is also fabulous. With a perfect location and direct access to the Pavilion mall.

The service and amenities at this hotel are outstanding! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing, I particularly loved Rasith who made fresh Roti every morning - delicious! Would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

Great location with easy walking links to major shopping centers . Hotel rooms are comfortable with excellent guest services on the 12th & 15th floors. Shoutout to the13A lounge team for their excellent hospitality & service :Hafiza,Sabree,Jing Yee & Fazli. The downside was the over -1hour -stuck in horrendous holiday season traffic going into the Hotel lobby. The sauna in the ladies changing was not working during our stay Suggestion to maximise a memorable experience is for the Hotel concierge to help divert guests coming in to the hotel !
