This is our fourth stay at The Banyan Tree KL. We absolutely love staying here. There were some minor issues during our most recent stay but the issue was resolved almost immediately after our feedback . The staff are all very professional and nice, especially Mr Alli (Manager of Guest Services) and Mr Bilal from the Housekeeping team. They deserve to receive our compliments. We will always look forward to coming back here for our trip in KL. Thank you Cynthia

Our first time staying at Banyan Tree KL and we have loved the service, hospitality and all the friendly faces especially Maria, Lam and Hatim during breakfast. They ensured our mornings started on the right foot. The room is spacious and the staff put a Happy Birthday banner and balloons for my husband, even though we arrived a week after his birthday. The bar on level 59 has wonderful views especially at sunset. We have loved our stay here and we will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of us as we sadly reach the end of our holiday.

A relaxed, boutique hotel experience

The Banyan Tree KL is excellent. There are only 55 guest rooms so the hotel has a charmingly relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. A stand out feature of the Banyan Tree is the attentiveness of all team members - Ruff on ground floor reception was wonderful. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Horozon Grill. The pool area is good with great views over the city. However, there was a lack of staff to offer refreshments or assistance. Our only real criticism is that the hotel seems to lack a designated lounge/bar area, apart from Vertigo which only opens late in the afternoon.

My birthday and first time visit at Vertigo was made exceptionally special by staff member Rohana as she made special exceptions for me and my family to stay after closing hours a little longer to celebrate and make it all the more special. Highly recommend the view, the drinks and Rohana

Lovely Oasis in the Middle of KL

Stayed here for a few nights as part of a 10 day tour of western Malaysia in the signature sky suite. Truly lovely urban oasis. Room offered sweeping views. Staff truly make the hotel. We had a problem with the AC one night very late and the technician fixed it in 15 mins. The rooftop restaurant, while a little cheesy, is a fun place to soak in KL. We went every night for a drink!
