Sharon (outlet manager ) and Maria are the persons that serve me for my breakfast . Extremely friendly and helpful. Also share a lot of their experiences in the hotel and working experience Their smile is amazing with quick respond that makes me taking my time for this review. Hope to see both of you soon

Never Though Will Have Such Awesome Experience With My Partner For Celebrate Her Birthday At Bayan Tree Kl. Have No Regret At All Regard Booking The Signature Sky Retreat King Type Room. The Room Are Clean, Spacious Toilet With Wonderful City View That Will Create Wonderful Memory With Your Family or Loves One. All The Staff Are So Friendly And Always Welcome With Open Arms. The Torito(Peruvian-Japanese Kitchen) Also A Must Visit When Staying Here. The Food Are Flavorful And It Come With Spectacular View As My Picture Show. Definitely Will Back Again Here At Other Time For Other Special Day!! Remember Must Purchase Their Signature Toiletries Before Check Out...U Will Not Regret

We were served welcome drinks upon checking in. The counter staff was very caring and friendly. The room is excellent, absolutely clean. Very posh, interior looked great. Informed them that this is a birthday staycation and they did a simple decoration for my room and was given a complimentary slice of cake and fruits. The breakfast crew is great especially Mr. Halim whose service is superb. Manager was very friendly too. Food requests were done well. Thumbs up to the house keeping staff too. The amenities were replenished each time the room was made up or for downtime. Always met with a smile from the staff which made my stay memorable. Location was superb. Nearby pavilion and bukit bintang area. Overall, a very comfortable stay and would gladly come back again.

For a relatively new property, the furnitures seem tired. And certainly not luxury 5 stars. The staff however are very good and seem to be extremely eager to please. Sometimes perhaps over eager. Special mentions to two amazing individuals : Grim from front office and Hakim from Horizon Grill. Both are extra ordinary in wanting to please.

Stay in Banyan Tree for 4 days was very wonderful. Room was clean, comfy since we stayed in level up floor thus we saw Kuala Lumpur from the top was very beautiful. Breakfast in the restaurant was very delicious food, all staff was friendly and helpful. They can accommodate my concern such as I need well-done for my omelette, sausage for my child and other else. Restaurant in 58th floor thus we can see Twin Tower Petronas so closed and also KL Tower what such as beautiful Thank you Banyan Tree
