5 star for Luqman (our room service person) for being helpful and making our trip extra special... the hotel and all the staff was also very helpful and accomodating ... the amenities and the service around the hotel was good... the pool area was perfect for kids as well ..

This booking was for a business event. The WiFi connection is reliable and secure. The location is near the new lulu mall. Breakfast spread is below average. Room wise is average. The pillows were hard. The shower spray pressure is too strong. Noise insulation is not the best with e occasional thumping noise. Gym facility meets the minimum standard expected. The free laundry, free daily fruits and in room minibar is appreciated.

Great Hotel At The Fringe Of Bukit Bintang

I had arrived in Kuala Lumpur at 4.30am after boarding a coach from Singapore at midnight. As I did not expect to reach here this early, I decided to make an impromptu stay at this hotel for rest and freshen up. While the facade may look a little dated, I am impressed with the hotel interior and its rooms which look new and clean. One interesting feature of the property is the lift passage to the rooms which has full length windows offering a great view of Kuala Lumpur city. I was accommodated in the Classic Twin Room (Room No. 1203) on the 12th floor. I like that the room is fully carpeted. However, the bed is a little soft to my liking. As part of the Accor Planet 21 program, the hotel offers a filtered water dispenser for drinking and making of hot beverages in the room. Although there is no SMART TV, there is a Cable TV with many channels such as Vision Four, AXN, NHK, KBS, CCTV 4, Astro SuperSport, BBC, Bloomberg, Discovery HD, France24 and Dreamworks. Inside the room, there are two universal power sockets for the powering and charging of your mobile devices. As my stay is short at just six hours, I did not consume my breakfast at the hotel. If you prefer to dine in, Room Service is offered from 12pm to 11pm. The menu includes Western and Asian cuisine. The cost of a main starts from RM32. To get your coffee fix, there is a Starbucks outlet on the ground floor of the hotel. Head up to level 20 and you will find two facilities, a pool (opens 7am - 9pm) and gymnasium (opens 6am - 10pm). This floor offers an awesome view of the city skyline and I will love to be up here during the night. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is within walking distance to shopping malls like LaLaport BBCC and Berjaya Times Square. Additionally, there are many eateries, convenience stores in the hotel vicinity. If do not enjoy the vibrancy of Bukit Bintang and wish to stay in a quiet area, yet close to the various amenities, this hotel is for you. I will not mind a return stay at this property on my future visits to Kuala Lumpur.

Selamat tengah-hari dari London Thank you very much team for the amazing welcome, friendliness and Malaysian hospitality. Flying Malaysia Airlines (with an amazing service) and staying at Mercure Shaw Parade, this was a treat for me. I enjoyed the 9 nights there on the 15th floor. The food from breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the Malaysian food. The team at the reception are very helpful. The cleaner working on 15th floor, he is very kind, friendly and helpful. Those gentlemen at the pool are very kind as well. Looking forward to my next trip in October, every 6 months to enjoy a proper relaxed holiday without stress and enjoying the Malaysian hospitality which is known around the world. Looking forward to my next trip in October 2024 (every 6 months). Jumpa lagi.
