ALL Reward Points Deducted Twice – No Resolution

Stayed at ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre and unfortunately faced a post-stay issue that remains unresolved. My ALL reward points were deducted twice for the same reservation (PWPSGWLH). Despite multiple follow-ups with the hotel and Accor Customer Care, I have only received acknowledgements, with no explanation or correction so far. This is disappointing, especially as an ALL Gold Member, and it reflects poorly on the after-stay customer support rather than the stay itself. Case reference: 22146209. I hope Accor resolves this promptly and reinstates the points.

12 time in Malaysia, it is one of the best hotel you will definitely happy to be , we used to go Novotel and Pullman which is outstanding . It is located in city near to Berjaya Times Square The room well maintained and staff is so friendly

Convenient and Peaceful

Very convenient and peaceful stay. Fast check-in. Then a very clean small room with a small bathroom with all the amenities. Breakfast had a good spread. Walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers and Convention Centre. Service at the bar at 31st floor was good. I stayed for five nights and the overall stay was perfect for my business trip.

Lost its appeal

We are Accor members, stayed here before a couple of years ago and liked it then, but this time it was a disappointment. We stayed here for 4 nights. We had booked a double room. The first room they gave us was under maintenance, so back to reception, the second room was a joining room. When we opened the joining door (we didn't realise what the door was) we saw a bed with 2 people in it. So we went back ro reception to refuse this room. The double rooms were overbooked, so we could either have that joining room or settle for a twin room. The (twin) room was ok, but the slamming of doors and people loudly talking in the hallway throughout the night kept us awake. Downstairs in the lobby it was always chaos. So many people from tour groups all the time. The little coffee shop in the lobby is quieter, looks nice but is vastly overpriced. Yes it's fairly close to klcc, but next time we will choose another (Accor) hotel.

Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany hotel, w samym centrum, 10 min spacerem od Petronas Towers. Duzy pokój, wygodne łóżko. Czysto, nowocześnie. MoNa zostawić bagaż.
