regular hotel whenever in KL. However, still no change of establishing a seperate check in counter for Accor Platinum/Diamond Members. Time wasted queuing just to get access to club floor for check-in registration. Please do something quickly.

Wonderful staff, wonderful service, and wonderful location! Definitely stay again! Special thanks to staff Jennis for her warm welcome and smile. She helped both check-in and check-out. Also thanks to the front office team, housekeeping team, and every staff for the great service.

I'm All gold member and I was stay 2nights club room. toilet The sink is all clogged up. and second day key card didn't access club floor. and club lounge some staffs not professional. Important things My t 3shirts sent laundry 1day before 9am but after check out still didn't return. and checking didn't suddenly. I Never stay again pavilion hotel.

It was a very good stay, the breakfast was very high quality. The pool was on the small side but stunning views at night and open late for after dinner swims. Service was very well done all of the staff were professional and very kind and helpful. Mr Amm was very professional and kind and a huge help. The rooms were very large and spacious and nice views, the club lounge was very well done for happy hour.

We stayed at this hotel after meeting the concierge manager Mr Amm who is an exceptional person who loves his job and is very professional. We appreciated the quality service. The breakfast was exceptional. The kindness of the staff. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old-fashioned with carpets and deserve a good refresh.
