We sincerely regret to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay and truly apologise for the inconvenience caused. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we deeply regret that your experience fell short of expectations. We are sorry for the issues with the thermostat in your room and for the way the situation was handled. Your comfort is our priority, and we regret any miscommunication or delay in resolving the matter. We will review this with our engineering and front desk teams to ensure better coordination and guest support in the future. Additionally, we sincerely apologise for the missed turndown service despite multiple requests. This is not reflective of our usual standards, and we will address this with our housekeeping team to prevent such oversights from happening again.
