Dear dophbd, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the experience you encountered during your recent stay. Regarding the welcome amenities, our team was unable to deliver them on your arrival day as the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign was activated for your room. However, a fresh set was delivered the following day. We regret that this did not meet your expectations as a loyal Diamond member. We are also truly sorry for the issues you experienced with the breakfast baguette, the limited red wine selection at Sedap Restaurant, and the unavailability of the French wine, which should not happen in an Accor property. Your comments on this matter have been highlighted to our Food & Beverage team for immediate review and correction. Additionally, the delays in room cleaning and the late delivery of your laundry are far from the service standards we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused by these inconsistencies. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with all relevant departments for urgent improvement. We sincerely regret that your recent stay fell far below the standards you have come to expect, especially as one of our valued Accor Diamond members. We truly appreciate your loyalty and patronage, and it is very disappointing to know that we did not deliver the level of comfort and service you are accustomed to when staying with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for the room condition upon your arrival. We will certainly ensure a quiter room be assigned for your future visits with us. and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and the late hour at which you were finally able to settle into a new room. We also sincerely apologize for the experience you faced on your last morning. Your request for assistance with the invoice and for a takeaway coffee and bread should have been handled with care and urgency. It appears there was a miscommunication regarding the type of breakfast you required, and the team member did not clarify your needs appropriately. This resulted in an outcome that was inconsistent with the service you have received during your previous stays with us and with the service we strive to provide to all our guests. Please be assured that we have addressed your feedback with the relevant teams to ensure they are better aligned, especially in handling urgent requests and in caring for our loyal members with the more service flexibility.
