We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults. The accommodation was a little tired looking and in need of some decoration but large and perfectly functional with fantastic air conditioning and very comfortable beds. There was a small 24 hour gym and a pool on the 10th floor. It was perfectly located with easy access to the Pavillion Mall via a walkway accessed via the adjacent Banyan Tree hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the very central of Kuala Lumpur. Clean and tidy. The rooms are big and comfortable with all necessary amenities. In the very heart of KLCC, it is easy to get to other locations nearby such as the Petronas Twin Tower, KL Towers, National Museum, etc.

I am currently staying in the residence Firstly breakfast for the residence and hotel is different Which was not mentioned I have stayed in many apartment hotels This I can truly say is the most disappointing breakfast ever Bread is stale I think they give leftovers of the hotel The Arabic bread hard Service for ala carte menu slow slow Staff rude Concierge at the hotel rude As if we do not know how to converse Frequent traveler Never had such issues especially in a 5 star hotel/residence Also stayed at the pan pacific

I'm very disappointed with the 2 bedroom residence at Pullman. As a repuated 5 star hotel, the rooms were rundown, furniture was dusty and had poor air ventilation. The fridge is also not functioning. I felt so miserable and went to the front desk to give my honest feedback and was told that their resident room are that kind of standard. I'm shocked and requested them to change to their hotel rooms and was told that all the hotel rooms are fully booked and no other hotel rooms available for us to switch. Felt so upsad and requested the staff Mr Henry to speak to the duty manager but was told that he was busy attending other customer. Hence, it was almost midnight, so we went up to wait for the manager to rang us, and was told that they are unable to switch us to other rooms in the hotel tower and requested us to come back next evening to check if there are rooms available to switch. So we went the next day and was downgraded to a deluxe room as it was the only room available. We did not get any refund for being downgraded. Honestly, this type of service is completely unacceptable at so many levels. It is not the kind of treatment I would have expected from a five-star hotel. I am very disappointed with this bitter experience.
