We are delighted to know that you and your family enjoyed the spacious family apartment, especially the children’s facilities and overall comfort. It is also wonderful to hear your positive comments on our à la carte breakfast offerings, and we are glad that dishes such as the salmon and avocado baguette, shrimp and avocado baguette, and curry with naan were to your satisfaction. We are particularly pleased that our team member at the lobby was helpful in assisting you with your lost item query, and your kind recognition will be shared with the team. However, we sincerely apologise for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay. The lack of housekeeping service, inconvenience in obtaining fresh towels, and the manner in which the request was handled do not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Please be assured that this will be reviewed with our Housekeeping team for immediate improvement in both service consistency and guest interaction. We also regret that we were unable to acknowledge your family member’s birthday during your stay. Umfortunately we did not have any prior information on a birthday celebration. Had we known, we would have certainly made it a memorable occasion with balloons and cake. Your feedback regarding the bathroom design and water leakage issue has been noted and will be shared with our maintenance team for further review and corrective action.
