全体的に大満足であるが、3点マイナスがあった。ひとつ目は、予約の名前が間違っていたこと。同じ予約者が同じタイミングで予約した私の同行者の名前で私の部屋が登録されていた。また、禁煙ルームを予約していたのに、喫煙フロアの部屋があてがわれた。最後はフロントスタッフが少なく、チェックアウト時にかなり待たされた。

Had a 3 day stay with my family in the hotel in the 2 bedroom residence over the last weekend. Frontdesk staff tried her best to help us with the check in even though it happened past the check in hour. Issues: 1. The furnishing was really old and the windows were terribly unclean. It was so dirty that you can't even see the view outside the room. Disappointing. 2. Room aircon was barely working even though we adjusted settings to the lowest possible temperature. We were so warm for the whole stay (throughout the nights) we felt that we were like rotisserie chickens. 3. Housekeeping did not turn up even though we requested for it. We went out in the morning and came back out late in the evening and the room was unmade. They only came after we called frontdesk for it. The work done was shoddy that day, it was rushed and amenities were not filled up. Will not return to hotel.

Only lobby is big.. No proper place to sit also. Chk in took too long. Rooms are very dated. Pools are small. Braught a piece of cake from their sedap restaurant for take away. But was charged service fee for that. When asked why I was charged for service fee when not dining in the staff just laughed it out. Weird. Never again staying at this hotel

The service fee which you speak of is actually a government service tax which is imposed by businesses in the hospitality industry under license by the Customs Department. Service tax is not imposed on the service charge but on the cost of goods or services provided. Upon entering the hotel, we were quite impressed by the lobby. The Hotel has multiple lifts ( quite small) however the programming is such that will load one lift completely and one cannot get another one as only one seems operating at one given time. If you don’t want to be packed, and decide to wait for next one.. it will be the same story after 5 minutes of wait, with lifts packed, stopping heaps of time before reaching level 14. This morning we went for Buffett breakfast and found long queues around coffee machine, or anything being freshly made. Took 12-15minutes waiting with a plate for my turn. Extremely packed area with minimal place to move around tables. Never experienced anything like this before in a hotel if this standard. I approached reception staff giving them an opportunity to explain. The lady was very rude and said speak to restaurant manager. Approached him, who without knowing what time we came in suggested we come early in the morning. That was their solution. And yes, one ‘sorry’ We have 2 more days of stay here and are already dreading it. Such a bad holiday experience in this hotel and would suggest to stay away.

Awful Never Stay AGain

I stayed here with my child as we were enjoying a fall break in KL together. We have been staying at many hotels in KL and were excited to try out this hotel for the first time. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel turned out to be a nightmare which we do not want even to remember. When the housekeeper first rang our doorbell, I was in the shower, so my child answered and told him we would not leave the room until 6 pm. He would not go, so she called me, and I got out of the shower and told him myself that if he wanted to clean our room, please come back at 6 pm. I thought he had left, but he didn't and rang our doorbell again this time, he gestured to me not to touch the housekeeping switches in the room, so I told him we would not touch the switches. I closed the door and thought he had left, But he still stayed in front of our room and 3 minutes later rang our doorbell AGAIN, this time he was with another man. I was getting afraid and really wanted them to leave us alone, so I told this other man, who seemed to speak better English, that we did not need room cleaning anymore, so please just give me a new towel/water and leave us alone. They gave it to me, and I thought they had left. BUT about 10 minutes later, he was in front of our room AGAIN, rang the doorbell and said he needed to come into the room to check something. I was sick of this, but I wanted this poor man to be able to do his job. Come to think of it, I was too nice to let him in. He came in and was pointing at our bed and asking me something, but he does not speak English at all, and all I could understand was that he kept saying, "Boss angry me", showing me some papers he was holding. I felt that all he wanted to do was nothing for us, but everything was for him. To satisfy his need to tell his boss that he has cleaned our room. Bothering us multiple times really did not seem to bother him at all. I told him that I did not understand what he was saying and asked him to leave the room. He turned around, walked a few steps and suddenly opened the shower room while my child was taking a shower. I was shocked and quickly told him my daughter was in there, so leave. He went out, and another man was waiting outside. I told this other man that he just came into my room and opened the shower room while my daughter was taking a shower! I was just shocked and felt awful that this had happened. I really cannot believe anyone would do such a thing as open the shower room without knocking or asking for permission! There is seriously something wrong with the housekeeping service. I have stayed in multiple hotels in my life, but such a thing never happened, so I never expected it to happen. Who would expect a housekeeper to bother you multiple times, not being able to communicate in English at all and to end up coming into your room and opening the shower room while your daughter is actually taking a shower? The only reason I decided to stay here was that it was much cheaper than other hotels in this area. I regret my decision. 最悪なホテルです。子供がシャワーに入っている時にハウスキーピングの人が部屋の中に入ってチェックしたいものがるというようなことを片言でいうので、部屋に入れたら無断でシャワールームのドアを開けて入って行こうとしました。あとでロービーに行き、文句を言ったらマネージャーの人がパソコンの画面を見たままこっちは全く見ず最初は「彼はただ自分の仕事をしていただけ」と冷たく言われたので、本当に悲しくなりました。あとで謝罪文がメールで送られてきましたが、基本のスタンスは自分達は悪くないというようなものでしたので、このホテルの宿泊したことを後悔し、いくら周辺のホテルと比べて安くても二度と泊まらないと誓いました。
