Mr- Kana the hotel manager was kind and served us well with kindness - his public relationship I could say excellent and the thought that counts . He could be an asset for the company and bring him to the next level. He have helped me with a dinner reservation even if it’s fully booked on the 18/12/25- he manage to pull it confidently for my family to confirm the booking - and we had our dinner 👌🏼 Mr. Kana is not only for the above but his professionalism towards concern is excellent. Quite old 5* but mostly still runs very well. Excellent services, very white towel, spacious bathroom, delicious bfast, fast internet. Some electricity plug need to be checked (the one near my bed sometime works sometime does’t). Very strategic location just across Pavilion Bukit Bintang
