Banyan Tree in Kuala Lumpur is an exceptional hotel that never fails to impress. The restaurants are truly outstanding every meal feels like a curated experience. Service is impeccable, and I’d like to highlight Tia, whose warmth and professionalism made my stay unforgettable. A special mention to Dev from the concierge team his efficiency and attention to detail elevated my entire trip. .

Stayed at Banyan Tree for a night for Christmas holiday with my mother. Enjoyed the stay and meals at Vertigo especially the perfect service from Nash and Maria.

Thanks to all the staff at Banyan Tree that made my birthday special especially Ms Christal, Hakim, Raynalin and Maria, at the Horizon Grill team on the 58th floor of the hotel. The food was exceptional and cooked to perfection. I had an amazing time and enjoyed their breakfast, lunch and dinners there. I loved this hotel, the rooms are spacious and designed well The location is situated in the mall. The food is outstanding and to top it all off they have an amazing rooftop Bar where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of Kular Lumpar.
