This is my first time and it was a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. Had my breakfast and ‘fine dining’ at Horizon. The food was delicious and worth every penny! The room is by far the best I’ve ever stayed. I love to travel overseas and booked 5 stars hotel at all the countries I visited. And to my surprise it was so great. Love the bath tub and the bed was very comfortable and spacious. I haven’t been to Four Seasons yet but overall I’m impressed. Anyway, I asked them to ‘surprise’ my dad for his birthday. And to our surprise they actually nailed it! They even decorated the room and they prepared a complimentary chocolate cake! Banyan Tree has superb location. They have a ‘bridge’ direct to Pavilion. Those who love shopping, just book Banyan Tree. You will love it. At Horizon, the view during the night was so magnificent. You literally can see the whole city skylines. It was so majestic and beautiful. Even though it was not windy and pretty hot, we still chose to experience our dinner outside. I don’t mind sweating as long as we can experience great dine-in there. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. Again we enjoy our stay here and looking forward to come again in future. Hopefully I can get free upgrade hehe😂

Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur is a luxury hotel located near Bukit Bintang, offering view of all three of KL's landmarks, including the Petronas Twin Towers. Thanks to SHAFIZ's excellent hospitality, I had a pleasant check-in experience right from the moment that I stepped out of the elevator into the main lobby. He assigned me the perfect room that met all the preferences I mentioned in advance, and he greeted me warmly whenever we met in the hotel lobby, doing his best to make my stay perfect. Additionally, ZUKRI at Horizon Grill Restaurant ensured that I had a delightful breakfast every morning during my stay. His service was exceptionally professional, and he helped me enjoy the perfect breakfast. Thanks to both of them, I had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur. If you visit Kuala Lumpur, I highly recommend experiencing this hotel, and I promise to return to this hotel again in the future.

It was an amazing stay...the sky suite and its view of KL and Petronas twin towers was the icing on the cake...Staff was very attentive and helpful. The location is right in KLCC and the connection to the Pavilion mall makes getting to the city center a breeze

Big disappointment

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of June and we thought we would find the same service as at the Banyan tree koh samui and unfortunately we were disappointed. First of all : We were disappointed because we had booked the room with a view of the Kl tower and we thought it was the twin towers. We made this known to a manager on site and no effort was made to allow us to have a view of the twin towers. I had come to this hotel specifically for the view. Secondly: We were very disappointed with the breakfast. There was a small buffet at the back of the room with not much in the way of flavour. There was a choice of à la carte dishes which were also not very good. The only positive point was the friendliness of the waiters and the fresh juices. We stayed just after at the pavilion managed by Banyan tree and the breakfast was savouring. Third : The fact that we had a problem at check in spoiled our experience. I will not go back.

Well maintained rooms, essential oils, amazing KLCC view, good breakfast, upgraded room to fantastic level, parking for free, nice staff and service and good restaurants, good location for shoppers, rooms are high, ao view is always spectacular
