Our suite was comfortable and neat. It comes with lounge access offering daily breakfast(limited options but peaceful) & evening cocktails. Draught beer is good, but cocktails were diluted. Service by the lounge staff were attentive: Ismail and another man who served our table during breakfast. Strategic location with covered pathway to KLCC and Pavilion right in front of the hotel.

Very satisfactory customer services throughout all sections. Special compliment to Ismail & Kelvin of Premier Lounge for their wonderful hospitality service provided. Very good location within walking distance to Pavilion & KLCC. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from check in, daily breakfast staff also very friendly especially Mr.Juned, he served us personally each day , appreciate him be so kind...and rest of the staff also very co-operative. Ideal location as well for this hotel. I recommend other travellers to consider this Novotel Kuala Lumpur in city centre. Mr. PAL

This hotel is close to major shopping centres, the Petronas towers and many good restaurants. Love the platinum lounge, especially Ismail who looked after us so well on our stay. Would recommend staying at the Novotel. We would love to come back and stay again.

First of all, their service is good. Arrived like in the middle of night and the checkin process went smoothly. Got upgraded to the premier room, The room is clean but maybe its too dark, need more extra lighting. The breakfast here also got a quite fee choices and taste not bad. Last for the Premier Lounge, hands up to Ismail that really friendly and good service.
