We checked in around 1 am after late flights and rushing to make connections. It was great to be met by very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was a treat too. Very nice options and Junaid served us well. We were even allowed to have a late checkout so that we can go make our Friday prayers and then come back to sort out the hotel. Great work team.

ホテル前からスカイウォークがあり、カンファレンスセンターに雨に濡れずに行ける。ホテル前にPavilionという巨大なショッピングセンターがあり、またセブンイレブンもあり、大変便利であった。

We are glad to hear that these aspects of your stay were enjoyable. Regarding your feedback on the bathroom, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the shower door. We will certainly have our engineering team address this issue to prevent any future occurrences. While we do not have washlets in our rooms, we do provide bidets in all of our bathrooms for guest convenience. the bedsheet is the crispy cleaniest i ever touch...lurve...so much ...will repeats stay again...as yearly healing gateways activity.....the food is france based taste so indulging taste n light calories...the pool waters is clean as blue as the skies...

Its too nice to be hear. We like our stay. Near to twin tower, best location. Indian food are very rare but juned from the restaurant team get some extra liking food for my baby and for us too. We enjoy our family stay. Rest staff from the security to reception desk very co-operative. Thanks novotel for perfect stay

Breakfast and service by the Novotel team is very good. Rooms are very comfortable and professional room servicing. During the break fast time every one must try the honey with the combination of dryfruits and the Masala Tea provided by the Mr.Tea man (junad). You will definitely love it. For fully vegetarians you might have limited options(parota, dhal, veggie fried rice, one veggie snacks(samosa, spring roll , puff all are with our onion and garlic), fruits, flakes, dryfruits, honey, juice, yougort) but, you can approach the staff to help you with any specific items and they might provide you.
