カードキーの番号が間違っており部屋に入れなかった。フロントで変えてもらったが、その際、全く謝罪やいたわりの言葉がない。それを伝えるとマネージャーに伝えるとのこと。単に時間を取らせたことにひと言あれば良いのに、なんだか上からの発言があったのが、正直受け入れられなかった。他はよかったのに残念。

My friend and I were extremely happy with our hotel choice - great price, great location and great rooftop bar. Very reasonably priced. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, serviced daily and offered I think it was 3 free drinks in the otherwise empty Fridge daily. We used the hotel to make day trip bookings. We had one glitch when we weren't picked up and they'd booked it for the wrong day, but they soon had a driver on the way, so nothing lost. There is a Chinese restaurant around the back of the hotel which we used once, but were not overly impressed. They also had a tea shop and you could go to tea ceremonies. Two women from the hotel approached us on our return one afternoon and took as to the shop and afterwards presented us with a Mecure bound Notebook and pencils which was lovely. There is a fabulous little Chinese restaurant on the corner opposite the hotel which was fab - highly recommend. We had 6 nights here and they were spent at the rooftop bar. We would cool down after a days out with a dip in the rooftop pool enjoying cold beers or cocktails. Fabian who was the bar manager needs a mention - fabulous young man, played our requested music which incidentally went down well with other patrons,, put up with our craziness, looked after our needs, delivered our 2nd drinks before we asked them. Our departure day was made when he made a point of coming to us in the lounge area to say goodbye when we were waiting for our ride. Close to a wine shop and a couple of awesome shopping malls.

My experience in Mercure KL Shaw parade was really good. Clean and quiet hotel. Staff are really nice and supportive. Check in process was easy and fast. I was only expecting to be upgraded to a suit as I am platinum member which didn’t happen and I only got a complementary breakfast. Otherwise, I can say, all was really good and I will definitely comeback again soon.

Relaxing Stay. Great location and views.

Our Suite Room was large with a separate bedroom and loungeroom. Access to the bathroom was from both rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing with large windows in both rooms which overlooked the city. It was a very relaxing 10 day stay. Breakfast was tasty and adequate with a mixed variety of fresh food.

3 night stay in september. Hotel is located on fringes of shopping areas of Times square and Bukit bintang across a sometimes busy road. Hotel is nicely appointed with good quality rooms and beds and public areas are clean. A nice rooftop pool with bar open from 3pm. Pool area could benefit from new chairs and painting. Views are good. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast is very good and varied. There is small bar, dining area and coffee shop in reception. All staff very friendly. Special thanks to Tushar and George on reception. And the front of house security man who was always polite, smiling and helpful. Only slight downside was checking in. As our flight ( as do many) from UK arrived early morning and we arrived at hotel about 09.30 am but sadly could not check into a room until 3pm. We would stay again and recommend this hotel
