I visited with my family for a vacation.. Good place, nice view, room was clean condition, the staff were kind but the swimming pool was small There was no problem swimming and playing If I come back to Kuala Lumpur, I'm willing to visit

Stayed on the 17th floor. Celebrated anniversary there. Beautiful views, nice location and really liked the water dispenser inside the room. Very nice helpful staff (Imran/Ahmed) who are native to Bangladesh. Wishing them best wishes from my family. Breakfast menu could have more Indian options.
Worse Hotel for Platinum- Accor plus and will not return again
Dear Cindy Yeoh, I don’t understand why I need to return to Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade again. This time your front-desk staff even make my self super up sad. Even I’m holding Platinum - Accor Plus just make me feel I’m not welcome at all. On the date 7 Nov 2023 before I check out, I give a call for request for send up the weight for to scale my 3 big baggage as i only have less then 1 hrs to upsize my baggage. Your front-desk told me OK from the phone that will bring it up to the room for me, I waiting in my room for 30min and give a return call to your front-dest staff (same staff) answer the phone and told me that they cannot bring it the weight scale up to my room, he told me I need to bring it down to lobby by my self. My question to him, why you didn't say it early 30min ago? why only tell me now after 30min? My request for staff to help me bring down my baggage, He told me he will check any staff available to help me, Waiting another 10min, No one come to help me. When I bring bring down by my own from the 17 Floor to Lobby. When I scale the 3 big baggage and calculate by my own. When I almost finish... One of your indian nation front-desk staff come to tell me that the scale calculation is not correct!!! Im look your staff and Silent......!!!!!!!! Dear Cindy Yeoh, Why the staff or your hotel need to do this to me? If your Hotel wright scale is not correct on the number. Why you still keep it there. should you just troq away. right? Your staff just make me so stupid at that time, That is not very funny to do that to your in-house guest. When I bring my own 3 big baggage back to my room, I have loss my last 1 hrs time for upgrade / upsize my baggage for my flight. I have to pay for 5kgs (RM260) for the upsize weight at checkin counter at KLIA, (attach excess Baggage receipt for your refer) Are your Hotel going to repressible for my lose? I dont think so!!!! Anyway… from April 2023 until November 2023z how many room I stay with at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade do you know? Am i just a walk in guest for your hotel. I really dont feel welcome from the day im check in on 5 Nov 2023 until I check out on 7 Nov 2023. Your front-desk is the worse Hotel Im ever see in my life. Pls look into it... forget about it. I dont really care anymore, Because I dont feel to come back to stay in Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade again. The security or housekeeping do better then the worse front-desk staff I can’t believe even holding platinum- Accor Plus also been ignoring. Thank for all the service and I will not return anymore.

Special thanks to the Reservations team, Jerald and Clarissa. I made a last minute booking for my in-laws as the rooms they booked at Berjaya Time Square were apparently not so good. Called the hotel and was answered within 3 rings. Attended and fulfilled my request within less than an hour. Made check in a breeze without my presence. This kind of speedy service is not common in today's service industry. Thank you to the team at Mercure Shaw Parade!

We really enjoyed our stay at mercure hotel. It was very clean, reasonable, breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Moinul the cleaner was excellent, he was so friendly and helpful and did a really good job.
